Property Ratings at Parq at Chesterfield
I use to love this property and was so happy to call it home. Within the last year so much has gone down Hill and fast. Not clean like it use to be, walkways so dirty and need to be power wash, pool was absolutely horrible this year, dirty all the time and fountains not on all summer long. Lights in pool hanging out. Trash cans not empty in pool area many times. Music never on in pool area. Use to be like a resort so sad. Tress dead in common area. Dog poop all over the place and people don't clean it up. People smoke all over the place. So so sad I hate to see this was a beautiful place to call home but not that way anymore.
Nice clean safe place. Lots of closet space and thats hard to find. Pool is great and gym is cool but could ise a little maintence on the machines
Unprofessional Management: The management team at this property is incredibly unresponsive and disorganized. Despite submitting multiple maintenance requests, issues were consistently ignored, and communication was very poor. It felt like they didn’t care about tenant concerns. Unfair Charges on Move-Out: After our move-out, we were hit with unjustified charges for normal wear and tear and appliance replacements. Many of the appliances were in poor condition when we moved in, yet the management tried to charge us for their replacement, which should have been part of regular upkeep. Lack of Communication: The management failed to inform us in advance about important issues, like water shut-offs, leaving tenants without basic services and causing unnecessary inconvenience. Neglected Maintenance: There were stains on the stairs that had been there for years, despite my repeated requests to the management to clean them. They completely ignored the issue, showing a lack of care for the property's upkeep. Not Worth Renting Here: After living in the apartment for several years, I would not recommend renting from Parq at Chesterfield. There are far better apartment communities in the area with more professional management, better maintenance, and transparent billing practices. Save yourself the hassle—look elsewhere for a more reliable place to live.
Worst management ever. They charge for absolutely anything they can think of during move-out, all to avoid returning the security deposit. No matter how well you maintain the apartment, expect a list of bogus charges to ensure they keep your deposit. Yes, the clubhouse looks nice, but don’t be fooled – the materials and appliances in the units are cheap and poorly maintained. It’s clear they rely on security deposits as just another way to profit from tenants, with no intention of treating renters fairly. To anyone considering moving in here: think twice. If you don’t want to deal with endless fees, low-quality living, and an unreturned security deposit, look elsewhere.
PARQ is always a great place to live with modern amenities, nice location, super friendly office staff and swift maintenance team...! We loved this place and completing our five years here.

I have lived here for 4 years and am about to sign a new contract.The location is very convenient; the tenants are kind and courteous. The facility is very clean. Maintenance is well-qualified and timely. The only negative is the elevator situation. Only one elevator is available for each pod. If yours is out of service, you are confined to the stairs. That can be very inconvenient.
The parq has been a great place so far! Our apartment is in a nice spot with a nice a view and we love the layout of it. So much space! We also enjoy the different amenities and the community. Management has also been very friendly!
I think the front office personal is very friendly and helpful, the property is beautiful but I wish there would keep the hallways and the stairs much cleaner
Incredible Location. Without a doubt - tops. Connected to the Chesterfield walking trails, across from the Chesterfield Park and closest to the amphitheater. I could listen to all the shows from my balcony.
The apartment complex is nice, well maintained, and quiet. We enjoy our unit and the Parq amenities and have found the management reasonably responsive and accommodating. Overall, we would recommend.
All things are fine. All things have been quite interesting and very different than I woul have anticipated them to be.?? Been refreshing !!!
I applied to their apartments. They called me to go over any questions that I may have had about their apartments. Their management company accepted me on a conditional bases & was told that I could either pay double rent or security to move in. I picked the double security deposit. I never heard back from the company nor the property manager. I emailed them both twice & still no response. So I called the property manager on Wednesday and was told it would cost $4,2000 to move in including the cost of rent. Then he had the nerve to tell me that I had to Friday to make a decision & if I didn't then he would cancel my application. This was coming from someone who didn't even respond to me for over two weeks & I had to call them to see what was going on. He was not friendly at all & was down right rude. Well I pick to stay away from their high expensive apartment & I looked at the other reviews & they do not have good reviews.
Overall my experience is okay.. I wish that they would take better care of the courtyards. When I first moved in the landscaping was beautiful but as time has gone on it has gotten really bad. Our neighbor above us stops so loudly that fhe can lights in our ceiling fall out.

The amenities, neighborhood, and other residents are great. We had some issues with the office management in the past, but there seems to be new management and they have been much easier to work with.
New management will ignore your concerns regarding their move-out statement and will leave you with complete dissatisfaction. If you plan to move out any time soon, don't be surprised with unexpected fees.
For what we are paying for as far as amenities and the community property it has a lot to be desired. Furniture in the outdoor courtyards areas are moldy, firepits do not work. In the past year the clubhouse has been without an icemaker, pool was opened late and is closing early, security locks on both gates into the pool area have been broken for months, oh and no security on premises, one of the two gas grills in the pool area is broken, hallways are filthy from the leakage of garbage vendor and last but not least the ceilings under the fourth floor apartments are falling-literally. All are open exposing the beams and residents are not allowed to go on them. Repairs have been pending since spring! Too dangerous to go out onto the balcony -no relief in rent. Fogelman, the management company hired an inept manager who's response to complaints go unanswered.
This is a new apartment buildings but it was built with low standards; thin walls, lamps that dis-attach from ceilings, nails in the carpet. ppl stay at the pool after hours and security have to come 3 times a week (at least) to escort them out. ppl leave their garbage bags outside their apartment even in days there is no valet trash.
