I've been living at this property for 7 years now going on 8. I like this new owners. They're very nice, professional, doing all the upgrades it's impressive. I like the location things are nearby. Close to the freeways. This place is affordable it's welcoming and great to be a part of.

Moved here 3 months ago, I do not have washer and dryer in my unit but the laundry room has been remodeled and it is beautiful, I do not have a roach problem, I think the office stuff is nice and professional, I do not have problems with maintenance. If you want to make a change I recommend this property.
Do NOT move in here! All of the reviews are truthful! I don’t got roaches but the manager is an animal. They have ghosts here. Sewage is flooding the parking lot! They haven’t done anything and they WONT! Break the lease!
My girlfriend is a resident there and all the times I have been there. The managers are rude. They are on their 7th manger in the past 12 months. And the one they have now she's absolutely the worst she has an attitude she's rude disorganized she's always on her phone. You need to sign in to use their fitness facility There have been roaches inside the apartment. Cops are there atleast 3 times a week. 50% of the residents have no respect for the other peaceful residents. Maintenance hardly ever gets fulfilled when submitting a repair order. Homeless people dumpster diving. The pool and hot tub are not only in different sections of the complex but all hardly get cleaned. The laundry rooms are hardly ever clean Due to nasty residents and lazy staff. Absolutely the worst place. I have seen since I have left LA,Ca. You have been warned.
I've lived here for 2 years, moved in while pregnant and after having my son. At first, this place seemed ok. Quiet, no maintenance issues, friendly staff... Until 4 months into my lease when the a/c broke. Their answer? A portable a/c that has a tunnel you put in your window without anything blocking the rest of the window space so it actually cools down. Super outdated appliances from the 70s that are on their last leg even though the website said renovated apartments without the note saying "Certain units only". Sight unseen basically because they never show you the unit prior to moving in. 2 years of work orders are finally being fixed in the 2 weeks before I move out except for the resurfacing of the shower/tub and lifting linoleum that most likely has mold and mildew growing under because the caulking is gray because of fumes. Nevermind that I have my son and they tell me that I need to leave for 3 days because of fumes knowing I can only afford rent and not a hotel room for 3 days. Landscapers and renovations begin at or before 7 a.m. The companies they hire don't know how to do it right considering there have been multiple times where there is trash from the renovation team (owned by the current property management company) and they wash their paint buckets out with the faucets in the community. The landscapers leave the branches, leaves, and grass around or fill up the dumpsters with it. Not to mention, they blow sand and pebbles and sticks up in the air throughout so my SUV's hood was damaged. Brought it to the attention of management and nothing was done.The people they hire to "upgrade" the a/c vents in the units hire guys who pee all over the place. They don't care if there are kids here or not. The office personnel hold your packages for more than 2 days for unknown reasons and don't bother looking at all the packages until you show them that Amazon, UPS, or anything else shows it had been delivered. Carmen and Luisa are the worst if you have concerns or questions. They don't care about the tenants or anything it seems until you repeatedly bring up issues, which ends up with you getting attitude and rudeness. At the end of it all, I expected and had hoped that after being bought by 3 different management companies during these 2 years that they finally have gotten something right with their staff but unfortunately, I was wrong. Don't bother wasting time in calling or renting here. It's not how they portray it on their descriptions.
If I could give this complex zero stars I would. I have had problem after problem. I had moved into a remodeled unit, two bed one bath. They never managed to mount my washer and dryer... dryer flew out of the wall... smashing my stuff. Given this was the first time using after recently moving in... not a great start..After apartment check and followed up with the office about everything that was not finished, broken or just half-assidly thrown together. Nothing was done about it. They had installed a gate in the complex that is always broken, good for us because between my roommate and I we were only given one fab that works.. Now if you wanna consider this a gated community, think again. My vehicle, roommates vehicle and many others all vandalized and broken into with the intent of being stolen... But that’s not all.. my water heater burst in my pantry and flooded both pantry and kitchen area, as well as my pipes under my kitchen sink did not fit property and have fallen out mid doing dishes and soaked my floor with dishwater multiple times. The management in this complex has changed multiple times during the duration of my lease, each worse than the next. Also the fitness center is a complete joke if you work normal hours.. open 9-5 (only open office hours)
Renter for over two years at this property there is no hot hottest water in the laundry room for a month now! Manager Lisa said she had to see if it's in the budget! She was going to let know the next day!? Called back spoke with assistant Carman the next day she said there is not hit water in the laundry rooms at all that there never was!? Wow!
Nasty, nasty roaches everywhere, every time of day, and an issue with every neighbor. Management couldn't be bothered to deal with them though, or any other issue which might be in need of repair. Save your money and your sanity. Look elsewhere.
