Don't come here...Heed my warning

Roaches are EVERYWHERE. In the cracks of the wall, in the kitchen, the cabinets, the bathroom, there are roaches IN roaches. I wake up seeing them on the wall, I go to the bathroom and see them crawling on the toilet. We are very clean people but since we moved here we need to clean EVEN MORE, spray & leave traps & that only helps so much. The owners know this & they do try to stop it as a person comes a lot to spay but it does no help. This whole building needs to be tented... Also this place is old & cheap & because of that stuff breaks all the time. Their maintenance guy is pretty good so if something breaks that isn't major it will be fixed that week...unless it's the plumbing Ahh yes.... the plumbing. At least once every two weeks they are working on these old pipes, and when they are the water is off. . Due to how bad they are since we moved in, I have not taken a bath. The pressure of the bathtub is bad. That doesn't mean the shower is better, my husband & I have to stand under the shower to get there water, & the hot water is luke warm. So shower's aren't enjoyable. I used to love hot showers now I've gotten used to cold ones. The sink in the bathroom is not hot either, but somehow...the sink in the kitchen is SO HOT it burns when you put it to the hot side. They have yet to fix the water pressure issue or the plumbing. I have never craved a hot bath more in my life...how I miss it...the hot water on my skin as I lay back and relax from a stressful day. The bubbles covering my body I I turn on some music...I miss it so much The moment where I was like okay I'm leaving was when I found 4 LIVE ROACHES in our icemaker on the day our amazon AC broke. It made me throw up and I went to bed covered in sweat. The next day I woke up to take a shower cause the sweat made me smell, NOPE. They are working on the plumbing so water is off... As of now we found a new place to live but we still have 2 more week until we move out. Every day that goes but now has one objective, one goal, one mission .. Survive...

It's Ok

The building apartment kinda looks run down on the outside but the inside of the premises is ok,we have a pool,the apartment units are spacious,their studio or single units are in like 700sqf,their one bedrooms are in like 900-1000sqf. The manager lives on site,the maintenance lives on site,they do accept pets,and they ask for a pet deposit.The people that lives here are mostly Filipinos,as well as the manager and the maintenance,people are nice and friendly,they also have 3 different laundry areas,one in the front,2 in the back,each has 3 units of washer and dryer. Now time for some bad review, the apartment units have cockroaches,and theres so much trees that there's so many different bugs too,the aircon is in the living room only,the air won't reach the bedroom so me and my family usually sleeps in the living room during summer. The insulation of this building is not good, you can hear everything outside and you can be hear outside,the manager is so hard to reach,the maintenance man will always takes time to repair some damages, you have to keep reminding the guy for him to give you time and check your unit. So I give it 3 stars,because I love the space and the rent is cheap, and they don't increase the rent.
