Very quiet neighborhood in a great area. The manager is great, and issues are fixed in a very timely manner. Great place to live!
What a beautiful place to live! It's on the north end of town. Very quiet with little traffic. I've lived here 2 years this month and never want to leave. Very spacious apartments with two full bathrooms. The manager, Lois, and the owners (privately owned) are very nice and accommodating. Within reason, of course. They ensure that tenants are respectful of one another. Well worth the monthly rent amount.
I moved in a few months ago, and so far I am enjoying my time here. I love the private garages. They are one car garages but there is plenty of parking on the outside. And there is plenty of room for shelves in the garage itself. The mailroom and the garbage area are within a reasonable distance. I am very happy with the large rooms. There is a washer and dryer within your unit which is absolutely amazing because I was not going to move into a place without private laundry. The electric bill and water bill came back pretty reasonably in my opinion. I think the only issue that I have personally is that there is only one air conditioner in the living room. I purchased my own standing air conditioning for my bedroom, but it is noisy and I'm going to have to figure something out next summer. I would prefer central air, but that is a very personal thing. The residents are very respectful. It is quiet and I have not had any issues at night trying to sleep with noisy neighbors. I have had great experience with the property manager. Lois is very attentive and responds within a reasonable amount of time. She literally does everything around here and is amazing at it and will help you with anything that you need. I love the pond out back and the wildlife. All in all, it's a peaceful place to live, it's clean, there is plenty of space, and it's quiet.
Let me start out by saying, I have moved more times then I can remember being with the Military. I moved in a brand new unit almost 4 years ago, and can’t say enough how great Lois, and the owners are. They respect your privacy, and respond to anything that needs doing. They give you PLENTY of notice if they have to enter your apartment for any reason. The grounds are very nice and the apartments themselves are roomy and laid out nice. The snow removal is great, the trash areas are maintained. If ANYONE has problems here with Lois or the owners, they aren’t following the rules, or do not realize that they are renters in someone else’s property and should respect that. This a very nice apartment community and the tenants here for the most part are responsible and respectful. Lois, the leasing agent is very approachable and lovely lady. The owners are Very nice. One last word-renters have to remember they are living on some else’s property, and should maintain and respect that. If you want to trash something go buy your own property.

We lived at Partridge Estates for a little over a year and loved living here! We would have stayed longer if we didn't have to relocate for a job out of state. Lois the property manger, is always willing to go above and beyond to keep the apartments/ property looking its best, she is very friendly and always takes the time to stop and talk and really just takes the time to get to know everyone that lives at Partridge Estates. She is always a phone call away if you have ant questions, need maintenance, or if you are having an issue with something.
Lois was a great manager, very friendly, everytime you’d see her she’d ask how everything was. I had a dishwasher that didn’t want to work and told her and in a very timely matter had the maintance person (great guy with a great personality) come over and replaced it. The apartments itself were very updated and spacious. Loved living there!
I moved in two years ago and the experience was stress free and Easy living. Everything about the rental process from signing the lease, property management, curve appeal, and even terminating the lease was exceptional. Paper work was well organized and any issues I had while renting property management handled quickly. I’d recommend anyone this beautiful space. Safe community and on the edge of town for a quiet secluded feel.
I was recently planning a move for work and Lois was extremely helpful and accommodating the entire time. From the first tour of the apartment, which was very clean and updated, to my final decision to take a local position and not move, Lois did everything she could to make the process simple and was also very responsive. While I did not end up moving into the apartment, I would highly recommend just based on the excellent service provided by Lois!
I lived here for 2 years and enjoyed every day of it. The apartments are spacious, new appliances with laundry in unit was awesome. We had garages below us so that was nice to have a garage for storage and parking as well as no neighbors below to worry about making noise, and as a musician I made a lot of it. No complaints or complications with neighbors everyone was friendly. Two full bathrooms was pretty slick as well. Lois was a great manager too, friendly and helpful on any questions we had. Anything that came up, a/c not working, water heater needed flushing, or other minor things were all handled the day of malfunction and fixed. Overall had a great experience here and Lois made it even better!
very nice and comfortable place to live, no steps to worry about, nice patio, sit and watch the snow to fall or the lawn being mowed, doesn't get any better than that, and having Lois as the manager, she is awesome and top notch for a manager, goes above and beyond her call of duty, (my opinion) she is always there for a person, or if you call and talk with her, she listens and you still end up talking longer than you planned, but, so good to talk with, and no matter what time of day she is always lurking in the shadow, watching over everyone, doesn't matter the time of day, I wouldn't trade her in for nothing, she is a KEEPER P.S. the only thing is you can't get anything over on her, she see's you or she finds out and I think she see's you when your sleeping, LOL, she's good, makes you wonder if she sleeps or not,
I found these apartments after deciding that I needed to upgrade from my former living situation. As a teacher, I was thrilled at how very quiet these apartments are. Neighbors seem to really respect that we are sharing walls, and I have had no issues with loud music, television, or other disturbances. A plowing service takes care of the parking lot when it snows and Lois, our amazing manager, shovels the sidewalks regularly. We are encouraged to decorate patios and balconies for holidays, so there's a great community feel. Lois stays in contact by text and is always available to help out when we have questions. I love my kitchen, especially with its high quality appliances. Having an attached garage makes winter mornings so much more bearable, and the in-unit W/D were game changers. As a person living alone, I didn't really need 2 bathrooms, but it's great having a place to keep my cat boxes, and the 2nd bathroom is really helpful when I have guests.
I cannot say enough about Lois, she is extremely friendly, goes above and beyond for her tenants and it's very obvious she cares for property and her tenants! She became someone that you could truly call a friend and you don't see that everyday! Thank you for everything you do Lois, we certainly appreciate you!
I visited Partridge Drive Estates with an elderly neighbor interested in moving to an apartment to eliminate all the responsibilities of home ownership. These apartments opened just a little over one year ago, so they are roomy, modern, and in excellent condition. The lower level apartments have no steps, which make them easily accessible for everyone. There is also an individual attached garage for each apartment. They are located just north of New London, so access to services would be very convenient. The manager, Lois, was particularly helpful and very friendly. She was able to answer all questions and it was apparent that she was proud of the many positive features of the apartments. She made you feel that she was very interested in having you be a happy resident there and would readily provide assistance, if needed. All in all, an impressive place with a caring manager.
My Girlfriend and I moved here when the building was first built in June. Great place very nice. I have no complaints about moving here. The property manager is a great lady very helpful and very friendly.
