Property Ratings at Partridge Run Apartments
I am currently on an apartment hunt and this place made top of my list. I placed a call and left a message because it said the apartment was Available Now. I received a call back the next morning to learn Available Now means November at the earliest? Why even list this then. It's not like you will have an issue finding a tenet with something this well priced and maintained. They were nice and responsive, I do have to give them that. Just frustrated in the process I guess.
The service is wonderful I’ve looked at a lot apartments and this is the only apartment that got back to me and actually cared they were awsome they told me the correct steps and they were so polite great communication most deffinetly would recommend to anyone.
We needed a place to stay for 3 months until our new place was ready. It was difficult finding a short term lease that allowed pets that was affordable. We had not lived in an apartment in over 20 years and were a little leery of going back to one. We were pleasantly surprised on how quiet this complex is. It is in a great location and we always felt safe. The leasing agent, Abdul, and the maintenance staff were very helpful and accommodating.
I lived here 2 years. The 1st year was great. No complaints at all. I contacted original management wanting to renew our lease was told it would be emailed to me. A MONTH went by and nothing, then on they day our lease ended, SURPRISE new management took over. No letter, email, nothing was said that this was going to happen prior to it happening. We renewed anyway with new management. Rent went up $45 and they started charging a $25/month extra for our cat (we originally payed a one-time $300 fee with no extra monthly fee). (And that's the low end. A neighbour's rent went up $100.) Even though the apartments are in a good location, I feel I am paying WAY too much for a 1-bedroom apartment that's only about 520 sq ft. (For comparison, I'm moving to a new apartment for the same price with 200 more sq ft.) It took 3 months and 3 different check to pay off an outstanding balance because they gave me the wrong address to mail it to. Eventually we drove to the leasing office (it's not on-site) and physically handed them the check. And I feel like they take too long to respond to complaints and just like the office staff don't really know what they're doing. I'm pretty sure they'll start billing for water, but with only one meter per building, I'm not sure how that is going to work out. I give it 3 stars, only because 2.5 isn't an option. If office staff were a bit more organized and rent wasn't ridiculous, these apartments are great. But save yourself the frustration and find someplace different.
Property Manager at Partridge Run Apartments, Responded To This Review
Hey KitKat, Can you tell me where you found an apartment for the same price but more sq ft? I'm looking for one! Thanks!
New owners have recently bought Partridge Run Apartments. Rent has jumped up 90 dollars. They've also, without notice, decided to start billing for water without installing individual meters. Who knows what will be next - before too long the selling point of free heat will likely be the next thing to go away at the hands of cooperate greed.
