Centrally located close to Lake Avenue with lot of wonderful eatries, close to Pasasadena Placehouse and activities. My apartment is layed-out like all the ammenites and comforts of a home, the only difference is the floor plan.great place to live.
My boyfriend and I are renewing the lease on our cozy 650 sq ft studio unit at Pasadena Gateway Villas. This place is beautiful, and is staffed by trustworthy, reliable people. All the apartments come fully loaded with a dishwasher, garbage disposal, and in-unit washer dryer, and excellent A/C and heating. One underground parking spot is provided, with the option to rent another in the building next door. The pool area is gorgeous, and maintained very regularly. If you need anything, the security staff available 24/7. The building is child- and pet- friendly, and we've found the community to be peaceful and pleasant overall.
