With the spectacular mountain views and the Spokane River winding through downtown, Spokane is one of the most picturesque college towns in America. It is home to Gonzaga University and Washington State University-Spokane, giving this already energizing city a youthful spirit. Just spend an afternoon at Riverfront Park -- a gorgeous spot that features Spokane Falls and part of the 37-mile Spokane River Trail -- and you'll be very glad you moved to a Spokane apartment.
Of course, it's more than a spectacular landscape that provides opportunities for hiking, camping, river-rafting, and fishing that draws new residents to Spokane. The city is considered an economic and cultural hub of the region, and it is the county seat of Spokane County. It is very close to Fairchild AFB, Northern Quest Resort and Casino, and Spokane International Airport.

Property Ratings at Pasadena Ridge
I’m a tenant of 8 months and I’ve been fighting a musky or mildew smell since day one. I’ve done everything I can to address the issue in my unit but from what I can tell it’s everywhere or in most units. I can’t seem to get rid of it. I hate to come home because I get hit in the face with the smell and my guests are offended too. I guess residents get use to it but I find it very offensive and overwhelming. The manager of 17 years is very pleasant but I think the issue is way out of his control. Everyone loves the grounds and golf course as you would think because that’s the big draw to get people to live here. If you can get past the musky smell then it’s a great place but if there is a musky mildew smell then there is a much bigger issue causing the odors, and some units truly have a dreadful smell. Yikes
Everyone waves when they pass by in their car. There is quickly a sense of belonging . Wether you are out for a some exercise or walking your dog. Your neighbors will smile as you walk by. If you are walking your dog, they will stop and say hi to your dog. The maintenance carts often have dog cookies on them. I have found maintenance quick to respond to maintenance needs. Fresh flowers are planted every spring. I believe it is the manager who sets the tone of the property.Glenn is open and friendly to all the tenants. There are fresh baked cookies available in the office. The club house is very inviting. It is a wonderful place to live.
