I moved in and the apartment didn’t have running water and I didn’t have hot water for almost 2 weeks. The solution provided was not a safe alternative. Moving is never easy and sometimes you are moving during a crisis. These added inconveniences definitely were too much for me to handle at the time.

Don't put maininence requests in. The maintinence team is being constantly replaced, and while most of the temp workers are kind and courteous, some will not read entry notes, even entring your home without knocking at 8am after ignoring your request for months. Scared my roomates pretty badly, and its a good thing my dog wasn't out of the worker could have gotten hurt. overall kind and courteous staff, but i would say this apartment meets a basic standard and nothing more. safe place to live, good parking, but dont bother woth maintinence requests.

Don't waste your time or money renting at this community. The office staff is not thorough, they do not communicate properly, there is no resident interaction, they drop the ball on ANYTHING they say that they will do and they just take your money and want you to uphold the lease terms that they fail to do. You will be sorry you moved in.

I originally moved into this apartment because it was closer to work at the time, and it seemed really nice from the tour I received. The neighborhood is alright, however I've come to find out that this place is not what it seemed, at least for me. We were told that the previous resident purchased a house and was moving out on short notice, which they used as an explanation for the broken bar counter, stained bathtub, various other damages, and overall unclean apartment at move-in. They had a contractor fix the bar and 'remove the stains' in the bathtub, which didn't really work. We are pretty accustom to putting in elbow grease at move in, so we weren't horribly bothered with the uncleanness - we just cleaned it ourselves (covid may have had an effect with a worker shortage, it wasn't worth getting upset about).Well, fast forward to a couple months ago and I get 6 APD officers knocking at my door asking about the previous resident and if I knew her, which I found odd, until my upstairs neighbor asked if we were moving because the apartment was haunted? Well, it turns out the previous resident passed away in the apartment and we were lied to by the leasing office when we moved in. Since we found out we've been staying somewhere else. That's not all, unfortunately, because the amount of bugs in this apartment when we moved in has been absolutely disgusting. We woke up the first week covered in ants, including my two pups who were freaking out. The office couldn't do anything until the following Tuesday and when the 'pest maintenance professional' arrived he put down some ant traps and called it a day. I ended up having to take care of them myself. Then there was the issue of the absolutely massive cockroaches that would come out of the air vents and under our bathroom cabinet (there was a gap between the wall). Often times I would have to kill 2-3 per day, and those were the ones I could see. The pest control guy came and sprinkled two tiddlywinks of pesticide on the bathroom floor and left. When I asked why this apartment has such bad pest issues I was told it was due to the apartment being 10 years old, which is bologna after living in 40 year old apartments in DC and never having this problem. We are clean people, my girlfriend and I grew up poor and take pride in having a clean place to come home to, but this apartment took that from us without regard for the efforts we put forward.

Regarding your move-in, it is very disappointing to hear that you had this experience. Each home is inspected prior to move-in and our goal is to provide it to our new residents in as good of condition as it was received by the previous resident. We will continue to make this a focus to ensure that experiences like this do not occur moving forward. Pest control regularly treats the exteriors and shared spaces of our community. It is also available to all residents any time they may need it through our resident portal. For continued concerns, we are always more than happy to have the home or building put on a more extensive treatment plan until it is resolved to our residents' satisfaction. The place is falling apart and the administration doesn't care. There is dirt in all the hallways, nobody cleans up, there almost no maintenance, animal waste in the stairwells and hallways, some people just leave the garbage at the door whenever they want, and sometimes are not picked up and it smells. The only good thing is the location, but I'm sure there are much better places around for almost the same price. I am embarrassed to invite people over and I have to clean out the corridor myself from time to time to make it bearable.

If only folks knew how much I enjoy coming home to a cozy, clean apartment after an extremely hard day of work. I love my pad and don't ever want to leave! I have a tree-lined canyon in the back, a beautiful swimming pool that can be enjoyed on a hot summer day and a garage, which is oh so nice! I don't need to worry about my little truck when she's tucked away for the night in there. Overall, an apartment should give a resident a cozy vibe and provide a sanctuary away from it all and mine does exactly that!
If looking to live in the Bee Cave, TX area - Paseo by Courtland is the place to be. Excellent location, good community and great apartment layouts. The new Infinity Pool is beautiful.
Maintenance/repairs are done very quickly. This is a great relief for me as Ive lived in my own home for decades and took care of my home with repairs ASAP. Im so relieved I live in an apartment where the response of repairs is very quick
In my adult years, I have never lived in an apartment so frustrating to live in, where you submit maintenance requests and they claim it has been addressed when in fact it has not been. Slowly, the maintenance requests eventually get addressed after many attempts of pestering, but we should not have to submit multiple requests for the same issue when we have already done it on the resident portal.
A great place for families, in a safe and green environment, pet friendly, ample parking with shops and schools close by.
Do not move here unless you enjoy moldy carpet, fans that are hanging by a thread, and management that doesn't know how to send maintenance teams in a timely manner.

Paseo is by far the best apartment community I have ever lived in. Not only is the community itself beautiful, so are the people involved in keeping it that way. From the front office staff/maintenance staff, to the residents themselves I can confidently say I made the right choice moving here. Paseo is also VERY convenient to everyday things like HEB, Lowes, various restaurants, and of course within reasonable vicinity of the plethora of beautiful places the Texas hill country has to offer- but still just a stones throw away from downtown Austin. One of the main selling points for me was the size of the garages. I searched the area for MONTHS and couldn't find a single community with garage spaces that suited my needs size wise. I'm a big car/motorcycle guy so having a proper space to keep my "toys" safe from the elements and my collection of tools/recreational gear/etc was top priority. I am certainly not the typical resident that uses a garage/storage space to just throw a bunch of junk in that I won't see until I move again. Mariel did an excellent job at securing my garage space for me in the same building as my unit so accessing it is effortless for me. If you are lucky enough to get a unit with a view that's an even bigger plus because watching sunsets off the balcony with my dog to unwind after a long day is seriously so nice. All in all living here is an absolute treat and I plan on staying around until my barndominium home is ready for me. Highly recommend Paseo and all that living in the hill country has to offer.

My wife and I have found Paseo at Bee Cave to be a wonderful place to live. The grounds are well kept, and needed service is prompt. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. It's quiet and comfortable. We enjoy it here, and look forward to using the pool area now that the weather is improving.

The management and maintenance teams are the main reason I moved to Paseo at Bee Cave. I renewed my lease for the same reason.
Six years at Paseo at Bee Cave and since Cortland has taken over it has changed so drastically for the good. From the excellent staff, pool area, buildings newly painted lovely colors, and beautiful landscaping. Location is a gem - so take my advice and take a tour.

Paseo at Bee Cave's A7 1 BR/1 BT Floorplan is the best - largest square footage and ample closet space. Community amenities and apartment features are maintained and updated to compete with newer apartment complexes in the area. Landscaping has definite curb appeal. Location is convenient to downtown Austin, Lake Travis ISD, and local Hill Country retail services. Great place to live!
I dont recommend this apartment. If you need them to fix something no one thake care you.
