Not great. Move-in was a mess with broken glass from a light fixture everywhere and bugs infestation (looks like fleas but was told biscuit beetles). Washer was missing the locking latch so had to wait to wash my clothes. Had a water leak from the secondary drain overflowing. Dishwasher smelled and didnt drain. Alot of issues compared to what i was shown from the "available" apartments and models

Great place to live. Warm and caring staff. Beautiful grounds! Lots of amenities and great restaurants. A hop, skip and jump to the RIM. Nice clean parking garage and hallways.

A couple of hiccups upon moving in with regards to the cleanliness of the apartment and some minor issues with the state of the appliances, but the staff has been great doing their best to remedy the situation and have been very prompt in helpful making our move in a more enjoyable experience. Amy at leasing office was so helpful with our move in. The apartment is so pretty and the community is amazing. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the apartment was not cleaned well at all before we got our keys. But other than that the process has been so smooth.

Love living at Paseo Eilan . It’s pricey but I love the environment and location . Although there are a lot of things that needs to be improved . Like mails, packages should be more centralized meaning you can claim it in one area only and then that area should be very secured. So far I have stayed 2.5 years here but lost 4 packages already . Security doors should always work . At times these doors are out of order and it takes a bit of time to fix it .

Moving to the Paseo has been one of the best decisions I've made in a long time. I explored several luxury apartments, but this property surpassed them all. To my surprise, it was the oldest among the options I considered. Living here truly feels like being in a high-end complex in New York City. Be sure to ask for Amy—she is fantastic! I have lived at Paseo for about two months now and everything has been spectacular. Maintenance has been timely for everything that needed to be looked at and my neighbors have been very welcoming. The location is great too. All the restaurants has made the stay amazing!

It has been amazing, but when we first moved in “it was renovated” and after getting all our stuff in, there was so many things that needed to get fix and it was work order after work order. When we thought we found the end there were still a couple of things and some more that after 2 months of being moved it, still has not done. The apartment is so pretty but it was a pain to move in and leasing office takes some time to answer. We love the style and the appliances but connecting with the office and maintenance a pain. Everything else it pretty great though!

Not safe. Needles in the parking lot, daily car break-ins, fleas at the dog park, dirty and broken down apartments, random families/non-residents use the pool, shootings resulting in death (look it up). Leasing office is useless and unresponsive unless you write a bad review. Y’all should be ashamed.

Other than the pests in my apartment. Great so far. The community itself is great. Folks are polite. Broken equipment gets repaired fast. New management is really on top of their game

4 stars is pretty good. Things have improved! All the upgraded apartments look very nice. I especially like how quiet is. The appliances go beyond expectations.

It’s good place. Kinda nice to be honest. I like the windows. I like the pool. Garage is a nice touch. Nice wood floors. All around not to shabby.

I have now lived here for a month and my boyfriend and I love it. Not only the space itself, but the convince of it we have utilized being so close to so many restaurants and specifically the coffee tons.

The place is beautiful but it needs to improve safety and maintenance, also the dog park is not very nice and needs some work and a drinking fountain for the dogs

Slow to respond to maintenance requests. Won't fix tesla charger in garage which is a huge inconvenience to EV drivers...will probably have to move.

I enjoy living here. The views are perfect. I am able to exercise in doors and outdoors. We’re very close to attractions and daily conveniences. The amenities are great and I feel relatively safe. I would recommend this area to those that like an active place to live.

Great place to live. Everyone is friendly and a great place to walk your dog. The office staff is knowledgeable. Maintenance gets done very fast.

My experience has not been the greatest. Although I do love living here because it’s the location and how beautiful it is. My experience has gone through three different management companies. Anytime I put in a work request It just gets put off and then the next management company will not fulfill it. I live in one of the buildings where it gets very, very hot and there is only 1 vent in the bedroom. I was promised many times for them to put tint on the windows as they have done the lobby areas. They have not given me a solution on how to prevent the heat. Like I said earlier, I love where I’m living because of the area and just the structure of the buildings. The maintenance issues and security issues are a big red flag here for me. The door to the parking lot garage has been broken since I’ve been here to in 2 years. I have put a many requests and they will not fix it. Vandalism in the Elevators is concerning. Hopefully things will get better, I’m always hoping for the best.

Lovely neighbors and spot :) I moved in here around a year ago. I will say the price is expensive and has been more and more. The location is perfect for UTSA students (although not really affordable to students).

I love living here. The apartments are big and very nice. The noise level is quiet. The scenic view is beautiful. These apartments are very different from others.

After the new management took over things went down hill fast. Doors don’t work or lock. Trash isn’t picked up elevators are very dirty and apartment hallways smell like smoke. Very over priced to be living in such conditions.

I saw how beautiful the property was so I stopped in. I met Katelyn she was amazing! The price for studios was amazing and 1 bedrooms. The amenities and the beautiful location is simply unmatched. You are living in one of the most sought after locations. The rooms have French door refrigerators, gas ranges, full size front load washer dryer. Elevator access. Views of the hill country. Next to Resorts, The Rim, Luxury Hotel is next door. Piatti, Ruth Chris, UniKo Japanese, Sustenio, Cool Beans. Two resort pools, Amazing gym, walking trails, Covered Garage parking, Beautiful fountain. All for a better price than every average so called luxury apartment in San Antonio. I love my floor it’s super quiet here. Super relaxed and most amazing place I’ve ever lived. Have not meet anyone that has not enjoyed living here. I love it here. So glad I’m a resident. Still can’t believe the prices.
