Property Ratings at Patiohouse Apartments
I lived in PatioHouse III for 6 years. I would still be there if I haven’t moved north for a job. The location is close to Towne Center and the growing MidCity/Government St. restaurants and entertainment. If I ever had an issue management would address it. There were a few hiccups but we worked through them. It’s not a new building by any means but the new managers are updating the units and they look much fresher. The neighborhood is very runner/walker friendly and safety was never an issue for me.
