they will keep your deposit no matter how much efforts you would put to clean .. they have the worst management they don't response or turn calls if you have an issue you gonna call and beg and they would find a 100s of excuses .. just before you make the mistake search first and look up to their horrible business reputation online and see how aweful their reviews!

Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. If you have concerns about the cleaning charges, you are welcome to contact the cleaning company directly. They are not our employees but a professional company hired to clean units that are left dirty. It’s not a scam, it the cost of cleaning. Perhaps you could have been present at the time of move out as requested.
I have the worst experience I ever had with this cheap company! I signed a lease with them and found out that is the patio door is completely broke and obviously no maintenance went through inspection before new tenant get in .. called them for months trying to get their attention but unfortunately found my self dealing with irresponsible management and very lazy maintenance who is actually doesn't exist .. after I got sick of their laziness I reported them to the Menasha building inspector and they forced them to replace the patio door because it was a ground level apartment and it wasn't safe to live in apartment falling on the floor ! they are very lazy, very rude and tenants does not mean them anything to them its all they care the money comes from the tenant only!! after I found them doesnt care about my safety I terminated the lease with them.

Dear Mr. Nadim Thank you for taking the time to review our property. After the first repair on your door, we were made aware that it could not be repaired again and needed to be replaced. We ordered the patio door as it was a custom size, and once the door came in it was replaced. We are very sorry if you felt there was any delay and for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We wish you all the best in your new home.
This is the worst place I've ever lived. Management is terrible. They are rude and unwilling to help with questions and concerns. The appliances barely work. The units are outdated and shabby. The parking situation is less than ideal. The walls are thin, so forget trying to sleep on a Friday night. I'd rather be homeless than ever live here again. Stay away from Lexington Management and this property at all costs!

It would be completely unacceptable for any of our renters to have sub-par appliances or shabby interiors.
