Patriot Place Apartments

Community is quiet. Rooms are patchwork, staff is friendly, but there is a lack of protocol for hazards. Overall, it is isn't bad to rent here if you're looking for a quiet environment and are a singleton. The hot water in the apartment last enough for a quick hot shower and there wasn't laundry on site for a few months.

I love my studio apartment. It is very spacious and bug-free. The outside surroundings are beautiful, and the staff is extremely responsive.

I’ve had a wonderful experience living in Patriot place apartments. The units are well-designed, offering spacious layouts, modern appliances, and plenty of natural light. The building is well-maintained, and common areas are always clean and inviting. Management and maintenance teams are responsive and professional, addressing any concerns quickly. The location is another Great— making it easy to get around and enjoy the neighborhood. Overall, this apartment complex provides a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable living environment. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live

I’ve been here two years and everything has been pretty good. Except that bugs this past year has been difficult to control to a point that is really disgusting. Besides that, attention from the office has been really good, and community wise really good.

Quiet and clean neighborhood. Recommend property to anyone. Reasonable monthly payment. Doggy park for your fur babies. Ample parking spaces.

My resident experience here at Patriot Place has been great, with no issues and I love that when you put in a service request the turnaround time isn't long. Property management communication is spot-on. If you are looking for a nice place to live I would recommend Patriot Place it's affordable and quiet the property is well-kept.

Great place to live very quiet and peaceful. The staff are very friendly and will help you with any issue and if they can’t I promise they will appoints you in the right direction.

For those with busy schedules, the availability of amenities such as laundry facilities or a pool can be a huge convenience. This apartment living combines practicality with comfort, offering both a hassle-free lifestyle and a sense of security, especially when the complex is well-managed and has a strong community atmosphere.

Seems to be on a decline since being here for the past year. Smoking, feeding the wild cats, dog poop everywhere even though it has been said numerous times to not let this happen, even in the lease. Place just feels dirty and unkept; the laundry room has still been out for about 3 months. In its condition, just find another place to stay unless you are really desperate for a place, but even then the prices are outrageous for even the smallest spaces. Seems like even when you tell the office about these things, stuff still isn't done, so at this point just keep searching, can't recommend the apartments in the conditions they are in now.

It is a safe and peaceful community, my only negative experience is with work orders completion and with the posted office hours. Staff is not in the office through the hours the advertise online or over the phone.

I like my apartment.. I haven’t had any major issues since I moved in. The only thing that really bugs me is the other residents and non residents with the dumpster area..

The staff is amazing! I would recommend patriot place to anyone who is looking to get on their feet. You definitely get what you pay for but I’ve had nothing but great experiences. Staff is quick to respond and get things fixed. I would recommend trying to get into a three bedroom if possible, washer/dryer included, dishwasher, central air. Lived in a few units here, different bedrooms and floor plans and all were good.

It's been pretty good since I've moved here some moths ago the staff && crew has been awesome & it's not a bad environment. I would suggest anybody living here

I've been living out here for 2 years and it's very peaceful in the front people are very friendly and nice I love it out here and there's so much to do I think at the pool area volleyball and more

Sharing a living space with others, whether in a dormitory or an apartment complex, has allowed me to interact with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures, expanding my perspective and deepening my understanding of different lifestyles.

We been here going 3 years now and we love our resident and neighbors. Like other apartments complex patriots place is quiet and peaceful, haven’t been a crime or anything kind of negativities here since we been here and that’s a plus in my eyes.

Despite everyone being extremely nice in the office it seems there’s always some type of issue that ends up being a major inconvenience. The laundry situation is honestly absurd, I have only done my laundry in the laundry rooms twice since I moved here 4 months ago because there’s always something going on. One of the main reasons I chose this place as opposed to other options in the area was the onsite laundry… that I haven’t even been able to utilize.

So far it’s been super nice! It’s a quiet community, and the people I’ve met so far are ridiculously friendly and kind :) Mariah and Sarah are very kind and positive, and I’ve appreciated their support so far

I’ve genuinely enjoyed living here! The staff is so helpful & friendly. It’s quiet out here & it’s Safe. Any issues I’ve ever had are fixed immediately & i Truly appreciate that the most!

My apartment is great. Small, cozy, and homey, i love it! I like the location of it too! Maintenance came first thing and fixed my fridge and were very nice on the phone the night before.

Affordable price. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Quiet. The downside is bugs, they had a regimen but the bugs never seem to go away completely.

I love everything about it . So nice and peaceful , very clean and tidy. when I first got here I was so amazed by the gym and how pretty it looked.

Moriah always does the best for all the residents! Maintenance crew are humorous and honest men. I love living here! They are constantly trying to improve the standards here.

Always such a fun time even if it’s just for a minute seeing Paula or Mariah. Love how if there’s ever any issues maintenance is always quick to fix them!!

Recently moved in, but ecstatic so far! The application process was fairly quick and easy , and the staff were extremely professional and helpful.no complaints thus far!!

It's very quiet and it's a great place to live very nice people very clean and had pool Landry room grill volleyball and more I been staying out here for a year and a half and I liked it so far the landlord are phenomenal and amazing ^^

It's alright to live at depending on what type of style you want [studio, 1br, etc.] Not too sure how old the apartments are, but you can kind of assume they are a bit aged just due to imperfections and other things when you move in. Other than that they are decent and it's a quiet place to stay at. It's supposed to be smoke-free, but you still will smell some from time to time so just be mindful of that if you are sensitive to that sort of thing. Overall, the apartments are just decent; prices can be high for what you get, some rooms are a bit more run-down that others, and other things here and there. Make sure you do a good run through before you decide on signing, just to make sure it's the right fit for you.

I have been a resident at Patriot Place for about 7 months. Patriot Place is a quiet and relaxing community with neat and well-kept property and buildings. The office staff, Paula and Mariah, are awesome, courteous, and very respectful towards the residents. They both are very helpful and patient if you have a question or need assistance with something. The maintenance guys are very knowledgeable and professional, and quick to respond to any service calls and performing any work that may be needed for the resident. Overall, I have had no problems or reason to need to report a complaint or major issue. I have no regrets for moving here and couldn't have chosen a better place to live and call home. If you are looking for a relaxing place to call home, Patriot Place is it. Thanks for everything. Keep being awesome!

I love it here. The staff is phenomenal. Any issues I have had, have been attended to promptly (almost too promptly). The managers hold a standard when it comes to decent and order. The only downside is when weather isn’t good the parking lot is a mess.

Really good place to live. Good amenities. The gym is well taken care of, as is the pool. Just got a new grill that works really well. The grounds are kepy clean. Animal and child friendly.

Have been here for a few years. Management and maintenance keep up with property and communicate resources to tenants. Plan on continuing to stay

Since I’ve moved here it’s been awesome and super quiet, I’m glad my baby is in a safe environment nothing to worry about and the staff is pretty nice

It is a really quiet community with recreational space for you to not get bored. You still get space even in the little apartments. and the pool is really nice.
