Jacksonville is gigantic. At nearly 900 square miles, it is by far the largest city in the contiguous United States, in terms of geographical area. The landscape is so vast and varied that you are almost certain to find any kind of environment that suits you. From the high-rise buildings downtown to the marina condos along the river to the suburban neighborhoods farther from the urban core, your apartment rental options in Jacksonville are nearly endless.
Jacksonville is never short on leisure activities. The dining and entertainment offerings are top notch, from the bustling nightlife in downtown to the upscale shopping at Saint Johns Town Center and everything in between. Football fans will feel right at home in Jacksonville as NFL Jaguars games tend to draw big crowds no matter how the team is doing. The Jags’ home field has also served as neutral turf for the annual University of Florida-University of Georgia rivalry game each Halloween weekend for decades.

Property Ratings at Patriot Plaza
This area provides a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The office staff demonstrates exceptional knowledge and a commitment to providing helpful information. Furthermore, the maintenance team exhibits a high level of expertise in their field. These factors combine to create a positive and well-supported environment. It is evident that this company prioritizes both customer satisfaction and a knowledgeable team.
Rude, Unprofessional office staff, no one takes responsibility for anything. There's no direct line to call the managers, calls are screened and most times the phone is barely answered. Maintenance workers don't look professional at all, no uniforms. There's a website for rent payments and work orders, and the work orders are never completed in a timely manner. Its HORRIBLE!
Moved here and quickly regretted it. On my move in day I drove 5 hours from south Florida. The apartment was absolutely filthy and smelled like someone just finished smoking in it. The smell was so strong I got a headache being in there for an hour. The lady gave me the key and a map and didn’t even walk me through the apartment to check that everything was up to par. I can hear the person above me every time they walk or open a door. You can even here their phone go off! It’s three am and all I hear is stomping every night. Everyone here is smoking weed and so my apartment constantly smells of smoke. Did I mention how filthy the apartment was when I got it. Brown dust caked up in corners and on the edges of doors. Stains on the walls and cabinets, floors had like dirt and sand on them, spider webs everywhere. And did I mention the bugs!! Spiders, ants, roaches, millipedes and these beetles things all over!!! They call this luxury and it’s definitely not! The area is alright and seems safe but I’m regretting my decision to lease at this complex. It also took a month to get my mailbox key. I was never given a card for the laundry room buts it’s filthy and has no ac so it’s a freaking sweat box! People allow their dogs to crap on the path. And again the insects!!! I called several times for maintenance and even though the guy is nice he did not fix my problem, my door has gaps in it, the windows are rusted, and twice they said the did pest control but there are still bugs everywhere!!! I’m now actively looking for somewhere else to live because of the amount of insects. Please for this price find somewhere else to live.
Really disappointed. The management here is horrendous. 1. The first day our lease started, we showed up to move in first thing in the morning, where we were told that move-in did not start until 3pm. After moving across the country to this apartment, we were homeless for over 8 hours with our cat in the car. It was over 100 degrees that day. We had not been told prior about the move-in time. 2. When move-in time officially started, we then found out we needed a cashier's check for the first months rent, after already paying the deposit online weeks prior. No notice of the cashier's check was given to us previous to our move in. 3. After we secured the cashier's check, we then had to stand outside, in the 100°+ weather, to sign our lease through their online portal, which is incredibly slow and non-responsive. 4. We tried to do laundry in the laundry facilities. Turns out, this requires a reloadable card that we were never given or told about. 5. Our lease agreement contained a pet fee that was $5 higher than what was originally sent to us before moving. This is an incredibly shady bait-and-switch by the management office. 6. I tried calling the leasing office over an issue I was having. No one answered or returned my call. I tried calling the main office over an issue I was having. No one answered or returned my call. The unit itself is actually okay, and the neighborhood isn't too bad. The maintenance requests has been responsive. But the incredibly shady and unreliable management makes this the worst apartment I have ever rented. I would absolutely not recommend any of the Lofty Management apartments to anyone. I am disappointed and disheartened that this company can get away with such terrible management.
