Pine Forest is a large swath of northern Fayetteville that encompasses both undeveloped land and newly constructed residential hotspots. Proximity to Fort Bragg makes this area popular among those who work on the base. A lot of garbage around dumpsters and in yards.. my move in was smooth, considering I moved at night and on a weekend…my apartment was in fair shape. A lot of paint chips on walls and baseboards , some broken hardware in bathrooms..nothing major and all easily fixed. Community seems quiet and office staff is fabulous!

I’ve been here for about 3 months now and it’s been great. The front office is amazing with communication and their customer service is the best I’ve seen in an apartment complex in this area. Currently I am disappointed with management and the nonsense about the trash. The trash is now being weighted and divided amongst the tenets. We're not gated and we don't have cameras, so how do the tenants or management stop other people from coming over here emptying there trash. I don't have extra money to spend on trash. If I have to pay extra here then I can take mine to the county trash on my way to work for free.

Great place to live. So convenient to everything. Walmart is less than 10 minutes away. We have awesome neighbors with no complaints of being loud or disruptive. We also have an amazing gym and pool. The police and fire station is less than 4 minutes away. There’s also a recreation center within minutes.

Overall the community is a 10/10. Very quiet, unproblematic, and comfy specially with me having a one year old. Maintenance guy also rocks! The only problem I had moving in was gnats. It was a fair amount in my apartment that I soon got under control. My son has plenty of space to crawl around and be free without me worrying & I love the patio space, storage room and living space altogether. Overall we’re definitely loving it here!

Patriot Point staff is incredibly courteous, professional, helpful, and smart. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The apartments are clean and well taken care of. The maintenance staff is also quick, proficient, and efficient. Overall, best apartment neighborhood in Spring Lake.

Quiet neighborhood, good place to live. Pool for kids. Playground was redone. Gym done too with new equipment! Dog park to let pet run. Maintenance done in timely manner. Good location to live.
