Property Ratings at Patterson House Apartments and Townhomes
Management basically nonexistent. Trash always piles up next to the dumpsters, manager barely responds to phone calls or emails and does not take into consideration the residents requests. I have constantly asked at least 5 times for regular maintenance on household equipment and the manager just ignores. Other than that, the complex's only card rechargeable washing machine was stolen 4 months ago and has yet to be replaced! Residents have been going to nearby laundromats to do their laundry. You tell the manager that people are parking in your spot, and she says that she can't do anything. Her sole and only purpose in that tiny leasing office is to collect money from residents. Would not recommend to anyone unless under different management.
If I were to rate the apartments I would give it probably a 4 stars. However, the manager there is really rude, unprofessional , unethical and does not respect the tenant. You can barely find her in the office and in case she was there she might not let you in claiming that she is “very busy”. She is always angry for no reason making it really difficult to communicate with her. I have dealt with different managements and managers but never felt disrespected like that. I thought it was something personal with me but then I noticed that this is how she treats everyone. If you were to contact her good luck in getting any useful response.
I have a two bedroom apartment that I share with another roommate. Overall the apartment is great for the price. The kitchen is a little small, but the pool is big and always clean. The living room gets a lot of natural light and the dining/ entry space is pretty roomy. I wish there was a washer/dryer hook-up in the unit, but there are coin operated machines in the basement of one of the buildings.
Having living here for two years I can say that this is generally a nice place to live. The staff is helpful and friendly, and maintenance almost always respond promptly. The apartments are ok, enough space for one or two people but not for a larger family. We like the location, our neighbors are very nice and it is a quiet and clean place.
