Property Ratings at Patterson Place Apartments
My husband and I moved into a lower unit and lasted 2 weeks. The family above us is obnoxious. They wake up at 5 AM and stomp, we hear them walking around and their kid(s) running around all hours of the evening. It sounds like they just drop stuff on the floor for fun. We hear their washer/dryer banging on the floor. I wear ear plugs to bed so I can sleep and not be woken up by stomping. They move furniture around above our living room constantly. We tried talking to the office about it and then the manager just stopped responding. Said she met up with them, but issue was never resolved. We had to fork out two months rent upfront, 2 more additional months rent (because they need 60 day notice), and they kept our whole deposit, to break our lease, after only 2 weeks of living here. Terrible. This the most we've paid for an apartment thinking it'd be "luxury living", but it's been the worst experience.

Update= be prepared if you write a review. The management will verbally assault you and threaten you about the review to have you remove it. Instead of fixing the underlining issue This place is going down hill quick. Hopefully we get a new management staff with some compassion for the resident's ( not just here to collect a check) It's going to take a lot of work to get this place back to the once enjoyable place it used to be.

This is a very nice apartment complex, very well kept and the office staff and the maintenance are awesome, my apt was very clean and the price is reasonable, I love this place and I would recommend it to who ever is looking for a great apartment, they do what ever you need in a timely manner and they are very professional and courteous when I call or come into the office, hands down this is the BEST complex ever...keep up the good work team.
The staff is excellent and so professional to work with. We like the park-like setting and so far, our unit is quiet and the neighbors friendly. Love looking at the pine trees from our deck view and listening to the birds.
This place used to be nice and quiet now is under constant construction because of poor maintenance. Parking is a constant problem with derelict cars with expired plates. And a vast majority of the grass areas is littered with nails and debris from the constant work. Overpriced and hands off management practices make this a must miss property. Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money at a place that cares about the residents. I speak from experience.
