Property Ratings at Patterson Place
This is the worst apartment I’ve lived in and I’ve lived in many apartments in many places. The management is the real issue. Stray cats live under the building year round and have destroyed the ducting. Sometimes they crawl up to my vents and paw at the metal. I know this sounds like an It’s Always Sunny episode, but it’s real. These cats in the vents have caused flea infestations in my apartment on multiple occasions. Additionally, the damaged ducting has caused $300 electric bills in the winter months (500 square foot apartment) that the management has refused to reimburse me for. Despite multiple complaints from multiple residents the cats were never captured and removed and the issues with my electric bill and the damage causing the insane cost were never addressed. The hire unqualified workers to do things such as appliance repair, flooring, and painting. On multiple occasions the fumes *inside* my apartment from work done on others have been dangerously strong due to the workers using little or no ventilation. Additionally there’s no fan in the bathroom so the walls are literally peeling off. They were cracking when I moved in. Please don’t live here.
