The staff is great and always willing to help with any issue. Love the parking and mail system. Love the lay out of my place! My only nit pick is probably the carpet in the halfways but that's about it.

I have lived here for 4 months and have absolutely zero complaints. From the start, the leasing office was extremely helpful and willing to make the process as easy as possible. The maintenance crew is fast and understanding of any issues within the apartment. I would recommend Pavilion to anybody moving to the Bellevue Papillion area!

Clean apartments with lots of amenities. Great location. Knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy management. They host lots of events for the residents like pool parties and food days. Amazing apartments!!

I just recently moved to NE due to the military. I was in search of a 3 bedroom and ended up with a 2 bedroom. However, Pavilion was the only apartment complex staff that took the time to have me look at a 2 bedroom/2 bath and I was very impress with how much space is in the apartment. The closet space will fit my vanity. Brand new hardwood floors and lovely, sweet and kind staff! I needed extra storage space, and I got one inside the apartment complex on the same floor as my apartment. Of course there is monthly fee but worth it. I received a welcome package with coupons for stores in the local area and the staff also put together a small essential package for me. The epitome of hospitality. I am only about 12 mins away from base. The best part is there is an elevator in the building. I will do an update review in 6 months to let you all know how things are going. Thank you Pavilion for making my apartment hunting pleasant and not stressful.

I recently had an opportunity to look at a two bedroom two bath apartment. I was going to relocate to this area from Kansas City. I really loved this place. The apartment felt like a home. Loved the layout of the unit. The balcony was huge and plenty of storage in the unit. I looked at several complexes and this was my number one choice! The staff was amazing and helpful. Definite place to check out!

I looked at this place and the quality of units are terrible, the refrigerators are very small, and no microwave.
They seem really great on the outside, and the leasing office staff are incredible .... until you actually move in. We moved into the brand new ones and they were nothing but trouble. Had tons of things breaking down all the time. They also will nickel and dime you for everything. Apparently my 1 year old carpet needs to be replaced? There were no stains when I moved out... and $120 for blinds and a door handle?!?! This place sucks. Oh and for military, keep in mind they will make you pay back your military discount if you have to move out early due to deployment.
Worst apartment I have ever lived in. Have lived here for several years and keeps getting worse. For a luxury apartment, everything here is cheap. Oven takes 30 minutes to heat to 350 and fridge doesn't hold temp. Have had both looked at and told nothing is wrong with either. It's no wonder there is a revolving door for tenants. Maintenance here is non-existent. For years there was only one maintenance guy, which they used as a crutch for how long things took to be addressed, if they were at all. I had numerous maintenance requests that were never addressed but were marked completed, including one for a toilet that doesn't seal and is constantly flooding the bathroom. All the windows leak during every storm. Management, Cindy, is rude and disinterested if there are any issues. Parking has gotten terrible as well. Some nights the only available parking is at the movie theater. Too expensive for too little.
This is a great apartment complex for single adults. I know a lot of military live here, and all seem to enjoy it. I'm the daughter of a single dad who I lived with in these apartments, it's a very accommodating building. We had trouble with having a dog when the maintenance would come, and living on the third floor also made it a little difficult. The elevators are great, but are only on the ends of the buildings. Overall a great apartment, not modern, but good quality.
If you want friendly, caring, and kind-hearted staff, then look no further than what is right in front of you! This apartment complex not only has the nicest landlords and maintenance team, but the grounds and buildings are kept extremely clean and tidy! We truly enjoy taking a swim in the pool that has feels perfectly pure everyday. Our dogs are in love with the huge dog bark-park that they provide for us! It is large enough to throw a frisbee! I love that there is a bin with a soccer ball, football, and other dog balls in there every day! All the residents can use it! The 24 hour gym is always there when you need it and again, always nice and tidy! I have to reiterate that the landlords are truly sweet as there is not one day where they don't have a smile on their faces! One landlord in particular helped me take my packages up while wearing her heels! I was super thankful! The other residents are also very kind. I feel extremely safe here! It is coming up to be 2 years since we have moved in, and we do not regret it one bit! You WILL have the time of your life here, and that is a FACT!
