Besides a couple of minor issues (minor dents and dings) everything has been great. All issues I've had have been resolved in a timely fashion. The grounds are maintained well and the apartments are in a convenient location.

Close to shopping areas but it's still quiet in the community, a lot of people are always walking around making it feel more like a neighborhood. At night it's peaceful and the lake views are unbeatable. The apartments are nice and feel homey.

We've had a lot of problems since living here. We love the location, but beyond that, it's not been great. The management doesn't care about the condition of the property and unfortunately, the buildings are pretty old and run down.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! 1. The managment: they are very irresponsible. We were promised a one bedroom apartment with washer and dryer, however, aon MOVE IN DAY, they told us that the apartment was not ready and they moved us to a one bedroom without washer and dryer! No other followup communications were made by management about this! 2. Water pressure: the water pressure in the apartment was extremely low 24/7. This was brought to the management's attention, however, they did not care to act. 3. Gym: you will see one of the dirtiest gyms of the US in this complex! It is nasty and dangerous! 4. Laundry room: very dirty laundry room. And, usually 20% of washers and 20% of dryers do not operate at any given point of time. 5. Trash dump: the dumping area is super dirty and no one in the managment cares about moving a finger about it. 6. Hallways: the hallways are not cleaned regularly. The lights in the hallway are broken and no one cares about them. Sometimes I thought it was an abandoned complex!

When I first moved in to this apartment complex there was a different manager who was sweet, caring, and if there was ever any problem she immediately called her staff to come fix the problem. However, now with the new management they are not worth a dime. I've had my master bedroom and 2nd bedroom closet doors since I moved in October 2018. It's been almost a year since I have lived here and still not fixed. The maintenance crew came in while I was not here (Creepy, and strange that they are allowed to do that) and instead of fixing my doors, they removed more.. I called the manager and told her and she said she'd call the maintenance and they would come the same day to check it out. Well, 3 weeks later and still no show. This place is a joke. Also, this place is only good for the location. The inside of the apartment is trash. The floors are fake wood and easily peel, the windows are slowly falling apart, the paint on the walls easily stain. It is ridiculous. I paid $150 dollars for my pet fee in which they later sent me a letter stating I never paid the dog fee and my breed of dog is restricted. I called them and told them to look at there computer that I paid for it in which, I was right it showed I did and I have seen many German Shepherd dogs walking around, so clearly they must be allowed. Everything is paid separate so it is extremely costly. Did I mention the bath tub is awful? The water stays in the tub for maybe 5 minute before pretty much being drained out. I could go on, and on about this place. There are nicer places out there for the price paid here. I honestly cannot wait for my lease to be up so I can get out of here.

I lived here a year ago, but I can’t imagine it’s gotten any better. This place is in a great location, but it’s a disaster. The units look nice in the pictures but good grief, I’m pretty sure my stove blew up and they never replaced it and just tried to “fix” it. I also had a few items go missing when the maintenance crews came in to fix stuff. They alllllways showed up when I wasn’t home. Honestly it’s kinda scary being a single girl and all.
Name changed for protection. This location is beautiful and located in an ideal position of easy access to all you need. The unfortunate issue is the manager. I have been able to get so much private information about residents from just walking into the office that it should be illegal. Confidential information is left lying around, uncovered and unguarded, and if you are caught looking at something, the only thing she may do to stop you is tell you that it is confidential and you should not be looking at it; she does not even attempt to cover it up; these are documents left on the desk that you will be invited to sit at. If, on the off chance, you come in and there aren't documents available for you, just sit on the couch or in a chair and listen to her gab with the maintenance crew. They will openly discuss private matters about tenants, without censoring any information. They like to call some tenants "retarded." If you have lived here very long, you tend to gravitate to bringing up any issues you have with Sarah; the exhausted and defeated employee. This is because the manager has little idea as to what is going on, as she makes abundantly clear to you. Even if you just come in for a cup of hot cider and make some small talk, she will find something to either blame on Sarah or say that something is out of her control. With how much she says she cannot do or is not aware of, it makes you wonder what her job even is. Does she just get paid to gossip with maintenance and act confused? But the Lakes are gorgeous and the landscape is well maintained.

-Horribly over priced. -A/C unit was out for a month. -Animal in our walls. -Lied to from manager saying we weren't getting charged for lakeview and fireplace, we are getting charged for it. -Was lied to again about getting swat pest out to get the animal, they told us they came out; we never got documentation of it. -Never got our free cleaning for renewing our lease. -Multiple gaps in our doors -The management is the WORSE. -DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

I became Manager here in May of 2017 and we have a new staff and fresh appearance. Pavilion Lakes Offers spacious floor plans, the best location in town, and unique amenities sure to please. We have made improvements both exterior and Interior and have new amenity plans for Spring of 2018. I am very proud to say that I take great pride in my staff and our dedication to the community and to outstanding Customer Service. You will notice a difference when you call or come in and my door is always open. If you haven’t visited us lately, please stop by. We would love to meet you!
On your last month they will hit you with every possible extra charge, such as sending the wrong bill and charging you a late fee for not paying the correct amount, and will be rude about it when you question them for it. They even charged us for cat odors during a walk through when we never had a cat. DO NOT under any circumstances live here. Do not take their word for anything.
3 Bedroom Townhouse Pros: Our location is great and maintanence (when needed) has been quick to respond. The space is both useable and comfortable. I really like having a fenced in patio as well. Cons: The second floor does not cool down efficiently. So you burn up in the summer - which drives your utility bills through the roof in an attempt to cool it down. The building is getting old. It's even showing through the make-up they put on it.
