Hello! From a current resident to all of you do NOT waste your time at this old run down community as it is definitely not worth your money and/or your time. The management team is careless, rude and will not address any concerns or issues you may have as this does not personally effect them in there every day lifestyle. Need something fixed? WELP, expect for your request to be shut down and ignored as you will never get your issue resolved. If the issues do get attention, you will never know when the staff will enter your apartment so be prepared and use a chair to seal off the door for no entry until you are notified beforehand as they do not care. The staff in ALL areas on the community are horrible at communicating in which will cause vendor mistakes such as incorrect repairs causing them to touch and move your belongings without permission when doing a job. *Requests can take up to a whole month or more before someone responds to your requests, so keep that in mind* I would advise that prior to signing your lease and receiving keys, you take a closer look into what you will be receiving before making that extra step in moving in as the website and pictures are FALSE advertising. BEWARE of mold/mildew in the apartments, horrible repairs, no baseboards, toilet not screwed into the floor, peeling flooring, leaking air conditioner floating the hallway and all appliances do not function correctly with everything else falling apart. The management team is so slow and unprofessional that it’s unbelievable when asking for help. For example: They are so cheap they refused to pay for a $75 hotel stay when needing to redo my repairs that I have been requesting for over a year now - mind you still not completed... in which required harsh chemicals throughout the apartment home. The assistant manager “MIRIAM” refused to accommodate and tried to argue with me that my child and I would be fine going back into the apartment with chemicals lingering a strong smell. MIRIAM was extremely unprofessional in all aspects and I would never refer anyone to this community because of the unbelievable disrespect I have received throughout my residency here at this place.

We do our very best to complete all maintenance requests in a timely manner, and we wish we were able to do this for you as well. Our community has particular policies in place to ensure the happiness of our residents. Because of this, we do not enter the apartments of our residents unless authorized to respect the privacy of those who reside with us. Unfortunately, we were not permitted to enter your home to complete your work order. We understand how this can be a frustration for you; however, our team cannot stray from these policies. We want to be as available as possible to our residents so that we can manage and exceed expectations on all fronts, and it is important that our team has the opportunity to sit down with you to answer any questions you may have. We believe that our residents deserve a pristine community. With that being said, our landscapers do not use any leaf blowers or any other equipment that will disturb our residents before 8:00 am. As stated in your signed lease agreement, all vehicles in our community registration must be up to date for the comfort of all who reside with us. Unfortunately, we are bound to these agreements, and we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused, and we will be sure to pass your comments along to the team so we can better prepare those who lease with us in the future. Experience living here in these “luxurious” apartments has been hell to say the least. Pool is NEVER clean. Too many people have access to pool that don’t live in community. They use to have a policy about people who could move in. Now the police are at apartments all the time. They have gone down hill. You have to pay for so many unnecessary fees they are ridiculous one being valet trash. 25$ for someone to take out my trash when I live next to trash can. Community fees for pool etc.... pool isn’t ever clean or working ...

Very expensive and a lot of hidden fees will surprise you after signed the contract Also your bill will increased month by month. I do not recommend this place. Many of nice complexes in surround area are better and reasonable prices.
Really bad management team. Dog poops everywhere. Slow maintenance. Very poor office team. Lack professionalism and can never get anything done.
The car wash lot is no longer working and the printer at the office doesn't work most of the time. The AC unit is really old that it vibrates and we can hear our neighbors AC running and it is really loud. The maintenance is really slow that it takes us a month to get something fixed. If they're changing your AC unit to a new one, make sure they change your neighbor's too because it is REALLY loud.
We lived in the Pavilions at Arrowhead apartment complex for one year. There was a new management change at the beginning of 2016 and, unfortunately, we had several poor experiences with them before shortly moving out. A letter has been written detailing our grievances (after numerous request to speak to the manager while we were tenants there) and we hope that it will effect a change with how they handle tenant interaction. Beforehand, the apartments and our interactions with the previous staff were pleasant. Not including the last few months of our tenancy there, we enjoyed living in the complex. Though I do believe you get what you pay for; they never seemed as nice as other apartments closer to the Midwestern University campus. But their rent prices are lower and, overall, they were a fine place to live.
My apartment is a great place to live. The staff has been nothing short of magnificent. They will respond quickly to any need that you have in your apartment. The amenities such as the work out room, sauna, pool areas are always clean no matter what time you use them. I would recommend the Pavilions to anyone that is searching for a place to live. The apartment is very open and plenty of sunlight to make you enjoy the day. The balconies are large. You can place a patio set on it. High wall gives you enough privacy. Again the pavilions is a great place to live !
Mark-Taylor is at the top of their game in the apartment industry. It has beautiful landscaping and I face a grassy courtyard. My husband and I married 34 years, moved here the end of spring 2015. We could no longer care of the maintenance at our last home. My husband just passed this August 2015 and my income is now cut in half. I am required by a lease to continue paying for this beautiful apartment. The staff has been so wonderful, I could not ask for a better place to live out the rest of my life. Mary N. Glendale AZ
Living in the area is nice the complex is quite and love all the fruit trees and car wash a lot-
The complex, office, staff, offered room and sized models, pool, lounge, neighborhood, convenience, & further amentities make the Pavilion's a homey and quant place, though this is the case the prices are seemingly expensive. As a 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with a small part fee I am hardly scraping by with rent fluctuating between 750$ - 953$.
