Paxton Point Hope

Will be our 4th year here at Paxton! We love the community, the convenience of being in the middle of everything, and the amenities! Best of Charleston!

I’ve really enjoyed living here and honestly haven’t had any issues or complaints other than some maintenance things but staff has been great!

I absolutely love the community, amenities and the interior of the apartment. But there are some things broken, poorly installed and cheap. Maintenance is not reliable either.

So far the move has been amazing. Coming from a rural part of a state to a more suburban feel was tough. Everyone here had made it feel just like home though. So far we love it here

We love living here! If we could pick up our apartment and place it anywhere in the US, we would! The only minor issue I have is with the maintenance team being slow and not good at communication at all.

Still unpacking boxes but we like our new home. We were lucky to get one of the townhome models with a single car garage. Backs up to nature preserve. Very quiet and homey.

Maintenance is terrible, and management is unresponsive. Requests for repairs are often ignored, and when addressed, the work is subpar. The common areas are poorly maintained, with trash frequently overflowing and amenities often broken. Communication with the office staff is frustrating, as they rarely return calls or emails. Additionally, security is lacking, and we've had multiple incidents of theft and vandalism. Overall, the lack of attention to residents' needs and the poor upkeep of the property make living here a very disappointing experience.

Wonderful community with an absolutely outstanding location! Walk to everything! And, the maintenance staff is quick in responding to anything that might pop up.

So far the experience with Paxton is great. No crazy neighbors, the grounds upkeep is kept clean and tidy, and the noise level is at a nice minimum. We are enjoying our stay at Paxton!

Kind, Helpful. Easy to talk to walked me through the rental process. I was a little confused by the amounts due. I feel like that could have been explained better, but other than that very positive experience.

Everything has been okay, nothing great but there has been an increase in trash and dog poop being left around. Parking can be a an issue, especially if you're coming back at night

Living here has been a dream so far! The staff is wonderful and amenities are gorgeous. Very safe neighborhood and very walkable to the little businesses near here.

Abbi helped make my move such an easy experience. Especially with moving to a different state, the response times were fast, leasing office was super helpful and the apartments and the community is absolutely beautiful. The grounds are kept up, they offer great amenities and my apartment was clean and ready to move in. Definitely worth the price.

Loud neighbors and office staff doesn’t do much about it but maintenance staff is great. Good areas to walk and close to stores. Events are nice.

Everything has been great so far! Good atmosphere and quiet complex is so relaxing. Moving in went smoothly and all of the staff here has been a huge help so far!

Beautiful place and beautiful location. Very happy to live here and call this home. Amenities are very well kept up. The gym is big and has enough treadmills to support the community.

I have lived at Paxton for a year now and have enjoyed everything about the community. Looking forward to another year here. Lots of fun events, food trucks and friendly people and staff.

Nice and quiet environment to live with a friendly neighborhood. Everywhere is pet friendly, and there are many amenities to enjoy with the family.

All good in general yet a few particulars from the beginning could be re instated for what lease I have signed and continued…. Otherwise a Salt Water pool and a Nice Community over the years helps BIG TIME in The Grand Scheme of things.. Yet practical raises in rent may keep me here… or not remains to be seen…. Just bottom line for ALL

So far I’m LOVING everything about living here- the staff, the atmosphere, the cleanliness, the people, and close to a lot! so many things to look forward to????

Paxton Point Hope apartments is a great community, family oriented and pet friendly. Offers lots of montly events, and a variety of food trucks to enjoy a good moment.

Great Amenities, Community, and apartment setup! Walls are slightly thin but location to shopping center and apartment features make up for it!

Have loved every minute of living here! Best apartment complex in Charleston. Great amenities, friendly, always helpful office staff & maintenance staff is always prompt & leaves helpful feedback. Location is golden! Come live the Paxton way.

We enjoy living here. Staff is friendly and our dog enjoys the trails and dog parks. Being across from the public is great as well and the events are nice.

Couldn’t have asked to live at a better apartment complex. I can’t imagine moving somewhere and finding everything that Paxton Point Hope offers and for it to be the same/as good. This place is home to us and we love it here so much.

Nice apartment complex and great, growing neighborhood. The facility is well maintained. The office is helpful and friendly. There are often food trucks.

Decent apartments. Not for anyone looking to save money. For those looking for convenience it works. Even then, it’s not in the middle of town if that’s what you’re looking for. Nice features but nothing extraordinary or revolutionary. All their amenities and features are things you’d see at any apartment in Summerville, just for with a higher price tag and constant roadwork.

Spiraling downhill quickly, been having *issues* for quite some time now with our apartment and no one is addressing it despite numerous attempts on our part

I work from home and they have been unwilling to help with constant dogs barking 24/7. They were unwilling to even come listen as it was happening in real time when I asked. They also lost the spare key to my apartment twice, which is rather concerning. We also had a week long internet outage my first month here, so buyer beware if you work from home!

Convience is great. Apartments are nice. Dog poo is a constant issue as is parking. Maintenance is fantastic. Leasing agents change constantly and aren’t the nicest.

Very pretty apartment community. Close to so many things, within walking distance. Helpful, friendly office and maintenance staff. Great walking/biking areas. Beautiful pool.

Title says it all, these look nice but you can hear every footstep, door close, etc. I would suggest looking elsewhere

Stunning community with an amazingly kind and helpful team. The apartments themselves are beautifully kept and updated, the maintenance team addresses any requests in a swift and timely manner, and the grounds are always green and well-maintained. You will not find any other apartments in the Charleston area with the best kitchens for entertaining and cooking (SO many cabinets), a porch fit for a full garden, and modern open concept floor plans with extra high ceilings. The amenities are amazing, with the gym and pool as just a few of the gems on the property. Shoutout to Anthony and the entire Paxton management team for the best tours and easiest move-in process out of any apartment community I have lived in. 150% upgrade from my old apartment complex. Thanks for making Paxton a wonderful home for me and my pup! (They’re dog friendly, too!!)

My wife and I are moving here in August. We have lived in a lot of apartments in a lot of different states, but we have never been this excited to move anywhere before. The apartment complex appeared to be super clean and quiet, the rooms were spacious with a lot of storage, and the rent is very reasonable for what you get! Also, Allyson was phenomenal to work with. She is super kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. She is quick to respond to emails and she went out of her way on one of her days off to help us. She is making our move from out of state very easy. I should probably not judge a book by its cover, but Paxton Point has a very nice cover and its hard to imagine our time here will be anything less than satisfactory!

We have recently moved in. It was a smooth move in process. So far we love our apartment, the community is very nice, quiet, and well kept. We appreciate the outside being kept nicely. The amenities are very awesome!

After living here for over 5 months, i can confidently say that this is the best apartment complex i have ever lived at. I am 100% positive that i will stay until i buy something. The staff is so welcoming and personal. They know your name when you walk in, listen to any request and even do you personal favors like putting packages inside your door if you are traveling which i do a lot. The amenities are top notch and better in person than shown. They have so many events which lets you meet your neighbors and the staff as they participate in most of them as well. Parking is plentiful. This place is great for anyone! 10/10

I have searched for a while to find a place that has incredible amenities and a staff that makes you feel like you are home , Paxton point fits all of the Criteria. They always go above and beyond to assist and coordinate family fun activities! They pull out all stops to creating a wonderful environment to live!!! *kid and pet friendly :)

I’ve recently moved to Paxton Point Hope and found this place to be amazing. I have lived in multiple complexes across the country and this one is definitely worth every penny. I’m amazed how clean and maintained this place is, the amenities/events are very nice and makes one feel spoiled, and the staff is amazing and attentive. I highly recommend calling this place home.

Love this apartment staff!! I’ve never lived somewhere that actually cares. Alyssa and Anthony have gone above and beyond to make me comfortable in my home and do things no one ever has in an apartment complex. The Maintance manager Brandon has been so kind as well. And Cassie is a sweetheart. I feel so safe knowing they’re the ones in charge of my home and am thankful they took over for Greystar. If you want a place that feels like home and not like you are just another tenant number then you need to come to Paxton Point Hope. They don’t make you feel like any old resident. They make you feel like you’re at home. ??

The staff is really responsive to needs and are always willing to assist. The community is quiet and the property is always having a community event. It is also walking distance to shopping.

The staff is excellent the managment makes sure that everything you need is taking care of and can't say enough about the Maintenance guys on top of that all the events the pool and the beautiful property you can't go wrong
