Situated just outside of the heart of Augusta, Highland Park is one of the most sought-after areas in the city. With a convenient location less than five miles west of Downtown Augusta, this historic suburb holds charming homes with large lots on tree-lined streets. Several apartment complexes also sit within the neighborhood's boundaries (mainly in the western section) and create a rental market fit for everyone. Strangely, the neighborhood lacks a namesake park, but with Augusta Municipal Golf Course and smaller pocket parks in neighboring communities, it’s easy to get outside and enjoy the weather without going too far. Families enjoy Highland Park for its idyllic ambiance and abundant green space, while others will love the area for its proximity to all the restaurants and nightlife options in downtown. Interstate 20 and 520 are nearby, making a drive further into Georgia or across the border into South Carolina a breeze.

Property Ratings at Peach Tree Townhomes
I had an excellent experience working with Ivory. She was very helpful and answered all my questions.
They are very responsive if there is a maintenance concern, they gave me the apartment in move in ready condition. I feel safe and happy. There is just enough space. It's relatively quiet. I'm in a much better place mentally than I was before.
Do you like constant flooding, bugs, and neighbors that leave their newborn diapers on YOUR doorstep instead of their own? Call this place your new home! There is currently a lot of renovation outside for a facelift, but management will ignore your request for a new range until your oven explodes and causes a house fire. Not up to code, neighbors who love to share their music by turning it up to the point you can sing along with the tune, and again. Flooding. Buy some rainboots before you sign your lease!
For the money, my apartment offers an excellent value compared to other apartments in the area. The maintenance staff is quick to fix my requests and the owners are always improving the property. It's definitely a safe place to call home.
