Property Ratings at Peachtree Apartments
Fleas,fleas..roaches.drunks everywhere..two week wait on multiple repairs. Manager appeared under influence most times. Rent increase.
Rent for 1 year lease no complains. Management was responsive to request I made. Clean an bright. Lots of parking and storage was ok for my things.
The kitchen is small but the bedrooms are a nice size. I have a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom and it works for my family of 4. They keep the property clean and the maintenance people are quick to respond.
LOCATION IS GREAT, APARTMENTS ARE COZY AND FIT OUR NEEDS PERFECTLY!
It's a quiet are, but the apartments are old and have many many cockroaches. The maintenance is a tad haphazard and my previous apartment with the same company took 9 months to do repairs. I've seen much better, but I've also seen far worse.
