Property Ratings at Peachtree
I never paid my rent late. When asking for Maintenance to fix something, they forgot to get the part, and they would say they would fix it the next time. The next time would be 6 Months to a year later. I hated calling them because I knew nothing would get fixed. My garbage disposal made a grinding noise, he turned it on and off several times, and suggested I put ice down it? My oven was so old, I was advised to not put anything plastic on the stove because it would melt it, but it still worked, so I had to continue to use this fire hazard oven. I had numerous flooding in the basement, which damaged most of my stuff that was stored in the basement. Final result, they tried charging me for cleaning fees of the basement floor when I moved out. I had expensive water bills cause the Maintenance guy didn't know how to correctly fix a toilet that continuously ran, I couldn't shower at times because the knob on the shower wouldn't work to turn it to get hot water. He cobbled it to get it to work for awhile, but never fixed the problem. Parking lot needed to be re-done with asphalt, wholes everywhere. This poor Maintenance encouraged me to buy my own home. They kept my deposit, and tried to charge me $1000.00!
