Located less than eight miles north of Spartanburg and 33 miles northeast of Greenville, Boiling Springs is an attractive upstate suburb set among the rural South Carolina landscape. Named for a now-defunct natural spring that sat at the center of town, Boiling Springs is a tranquil setting for those who enjoy the countryside, or just want a bit more peace and quiet after commuting to Spartanburg or the surrounding area.
There are upscale single-family homes, rustic-style apartments, and more traditional houses available to renters in this 6.8 square miles town. A select number of restaurants and shops line Boiling Springs Rd., and there’s Va-Du-Mar McMillan Park for those days when you just want to be outside. As Spartanburg continues to grow, Boiling Springs is receiving more big-city amenities like breweries and distilleries. The city isn’t far though, thanks to the collection of Interstates nearby.

Property Ratings at Peachtree Village
I can hear EVERYTHING around me!! I know when my neighbors are sleeping, I know when they're awake, I know when they flush their toilet (I hear it in my wall), I know when they shower, I know when they get home, I know when they slide a chair, I know when they have their kid, I knew when they got a dog. I hear everything! Constant thumping and thudding. The walls and ceilings are paper. Not to mention I can hear the traffic passing by on the road outside and everything that passes in the breezeway outside of my door I hear loud radios and cars all of the time! They won't police the dog poop issue They won't fix the issue with people piling up trash at the compactor And you're only allowed 2 guests MAXIMUM at the pool...(along with a long list of other super conservative rules about their "community") It's not great and it is way overpriced. Look closely at the walls and you can see the cracks and separations where these buildings were thrown up so quickly.

I do not recommend these apartments. I have lived here about six months and it is terrible. When I moved in it was quiet and nice. No more than I moved in the neighbors are loud and the construction started. Loud machines beeping and hammering all day long seven days a week. (I realize this is out of there control but, if you are thinking of coming here you should know.) My neighbor upstairs is up all night walking very loudly, the one behind me plays music and can hear them late at night. The guy across the hall works on his race car (an actual race car & trailer is allowed ??), revving the motor, beating & banging all hours of the night and day. The pool has been closed multiple times. I had plans to enjoy with friend and was closed because someone threw the chairs in the pool. I can’t use the dog park because the staff allows dog poo to be left and no one bothers to pick it up. Poo is allowed to be left out all threw the complex. There are not enough parking spaces in my building (1 bedrooms) because neighbors have two and three cars each so, I have to park at another building and walk. Neighbors will set trash in front of the dumpster and once one bag is dropped the others will follow it there is a large pile. The mail room is a wreck. They allow carriers to leave the packages and there is always 10-20 packages stacked everywhere for residents to come get them. Problem is the packages will stay there for months at a time. My electric bill is about twice as high in my 1 bedroom than in the 2 bedroom I had before. They have never came to change the air filter for my HVAC and the door is locked so I can not do it myself. During heavy rains water comes under my patio door and gets my furniture feet wet and I of course come home to mop. Another neighbor runs his business out of a storage unit and him and his crew meet up using parking spots and leaving concrete and debris in the parking lot outside the unit. My dog got attacked by another residents right after I moved in and just this past week I saw another neighbor allowing her dog to be off leach attack two other residents dogs on two different times. I’m sure I can think of more things but you get the idea.
