Best apartment I’ve lived in. The management team is amazing and so helpful, as well as maintenance. Maintenance came same day and fixed things needed to be done and left a note of what they did. The community is also amazing. Feels so comfortable here. All neighbors even in different buildings are so welcoming, kind and helpful!

Peak 83 is great! Lots of walking paths with doggy stations, and the overall facilities are maintained beautifully! Leasing office staff are very kind and have great communication with the community, closures and other necessary information are provided in a quick and concise email. Residents are respectful of everyone and the property as well. Location wise it’s amazing, groceries, medical care, restaurants and Downtown Parker are all walking distance! We were able to tour our apartment and signed our lease within 24 hours of our tour!

I love living here at Peak 83! Staff is amazing always helpful, very nice and professional! The maintenance crew is extremely helpful and sufficient! I have never waited more than a day for them to complete any work order! I really love calling this community my home!!

I've lived here for almost 4 years and I've enjoyed living here. Even though the staff has changed a lot since I've been here I've always had a positive experience. The complex is clean and I love my apartment and my large patio. My building is very quiet and I have nice neighbors.

I love the location and the sense of community. Everyone I've met here is so nice! The property and apartments have been really well maintained, it looks like new!
Moving in here and getting everything together was quick and easy. Using apps as a way to help navigate our move in and rent- which is really a great step forward in the society we live in today. (p.s. we get daily updates if there’s anything the community needs to know about.) I’ve since moved in but had to move out as my partner and I split but I wanted to stay here from how much I liked it here. The office staff helped me TREMENDOUSLY and always ready to fix any sort of problem I had. Their communication is always on point! The view is really amazing and one of my favorite features here. The landscape design especially is smart and super pretty to just walk through. I do have a dog and I carry my own baggies with me, however; the complex does have dog stations around the whole place in case one is needed. From the previous two reviews, things are very different when it comes to the doggy situations now. Earlier, mentioned the app. They will send out a notice for everyone to see or even send out community activities to do as a whole. Since the few notices sent out, the community does try to keep eachother in check for dog poop and trash and it is not as dirty as previously. Being close to walking distances for Main Street or grocery shopping is super convenient as well. The trails and bike paths are all around- making it nice for a day out. In short, there are minimal issues but nothing short of normal community problems that everyone experiences. This is, of course, NORMAL community problems like the dog poop or even the grass not being mowed at the right time. I moved from a place where car thefts, broken windows, stolen packages, and all sorts of other criminal activity were the “essence” of that community. Peak 83 is marvelous and I recommend it to all my friends and family constantly if they know of someone or they themselves would like a place to go.
Everything from start to complete lease was great and very fast.
After what I have experienced here, I would NOT live here again. This community and probably my building especially is absolutely disrespectful. This is why I will not be renewing my lease: 1. The people (horses) upstairs go from 7 am to 11 pm stomping and letting their dogs run all day. I wear noise canceling headphones all day to work. 2. The stairways (both entrances of the building) are soaked in urine from a dog or maybe a human. Who knows at this point. 3. The sidewalks always seems to have dog poop and there is dog poop all across the community. So, avoid stepping in the grass. 4. The rocks in front of the building are soaked in urine as well. Actually saw someone walk their dog to the rocks rather to the grass to have their dog pee. Good grief. 5. There always seems to be empty cans of alcohol in the stairways and around the community as well as trash 6. Parking is horrible for the price of $8 a month without a designated spot. Have to take quite a walk in the snow/cold sometimes to get to my place While I love animals (this is certainly not their fault), the renters here are what makes this community a flop in my opinion. You would think at this price point people would have class. The only upside is slightly maintenance.

This apartment complex is poorly designed. The pool should really be on the edge of the property, but instead, it's located in the middle of many residential buildings. As a result, any noise in the pool area affects every single building surrounding the pool. Parents often bring their kids to the pool and allow/encourage them to make as much noise as possible, with no regard for all of the indoor neighbors they're disturbing. (Sometimes, adults make noise in the pool well past its closing time, too.) Many hours of sustained screaming and yelling is common to hear when living here. The office staff are always extremely pleasant, and the maintenance staff is very helpful, but the lack of noise policies make this apartment complex unsuitable for most sane people.

We officially moved in June to Peak 83 and LOVE it! We feel more at home than we did in our house. My move in experience was great and whenever we needed something, the team was always there to help out. So far, it’s been pretty quiet. I never hear our neighbors, the garage or even any traffic. The views are BEAUTIFUL and the grounds are very well kept up. We’re 3 min from downtown Parker and even shorter distance to many stores and restaurants. I love the delivery service and how we can pick up our packages in a secure location. Our dog loves her new home and the office has the cutest dog area. I’m looking forward to the dog park and pool. The kitchens are amazing and I haven’t cooked this much in 2 years. I’d be surprised if this beautiful place doesn’t feel up quickly. I don’t want to ever move again. It’s truly worth every penny and even more since we feel so at home. Thank you Peak 83!!
