Spokane Valley is a large city that encompasses a vast swatch of land just east of Spokane. Set along the Spokane River and stretching north towards Newman Lake, Spokane Valley combines the convenience of a suburban locale with the incredible natural beauty of Washington State. This quiet, family-friendly city is perfect for those in search of an apartment or single-family home. Pines Road and Sprague Avenue hold the majority of the restaurants and shops in Spokane Valley. There’s both locally owned spots and more familiar national chains to enjoy.
With Interstate 90 running through the area, Spokane Valley is a fantastic choice for anyone who wants to leave the bustle of Spokane in search of more space. Thankfully, the city is only a few minutes west should you need the conveniences.

Property Ratings at Peaks at Meadow Ridge
The new management is horrible and rude. Lived here for 4 years n this will be my last. Appliances are broke and they keep having an excuse why it's not fixed. Crack heads wondering around smoking n breaking into cars. They can't change a security light. The dumpster is over flowing with garbage all over the ground. When I asked they said they have no control. They don't control much here except raising your rent.

I have lived at Meadowridge since 2017, I have seen people come and go but right now we have the best manager and maintaince crew. The location is great, it's easy to jump on a bus or hit the highway when one needs to get anywhere. I'm blessed to live in such a good place!

I have lived here for two years and anytime I've had any problem Nicolle has been there to take care of it . I have seen her always trying help people ,she is always cleaning things up and making it look nice .She is always available no matter what time . She was one of the reasons I move in. Nicolle is a great asset to this property she really cares and it shows . I also like that the stores are within 15 minutes in either direction, very convenient. The one thing I would like to see is a play area for the younger children, basketball hoop, swings.

I am a travel nurse who has not lived in an apartment for over 20 years. I am very satisfied with Meadow Ridge apartments. They are kind and considerate. I have polite neighbors that are friendly as well. The property is well maintained. I would definitely recommend this property to fellow nurses and friends.

Tons of mold in the Apartment and other units. Constantly see tweakers coming through to go through the trash and to break into cars. We have been here a little over 6 months and have seen about 5 cars broke into and at least 2 cars stolen and they steal our gas constantly. They come through and threaten you while going through the trash. Somedays we get woken up by crazy people screaming at the tops of their lungs about nonsense. Tons of dog poop everywhere from the grass to the sidewalks. Super dirty laundry room. They have a sign saying its the residents job to clean the room and washers. There is no lights at all in the complex. People hanging out in cars all day and night to buy drugs. Also there is basically no parking because of the abandoned or broke down cars. This is a dangerous place to live. I REALLY don't recommend it especially if you have kids not just because of the tweakers but because most cars do about 30-35mph through the complex. Im moving as soon as I save enough to move out of the city.

Mold in the apartments that the owner refuses to fix, floor boards are warped and can feel the soggy water damage, i have a rotting hole in my apartment that was painted over and they consider it “fixed”, and a lot of homeless/drug addicts near because of the dream center. Not to mention there is a new manager every year...
