The apartments could care less about the safety of their residents. I had mold from May - October. I tried to be understanding and work with them. The same water leak the whole time I lived here and they couldn't fix it?!? They have me a faulty fridge that went out a month into me living here and I lost 600 in groceries that they didn't even offer to help replace any of it. Trust me I wish I could post everything but it's too long. Maintenance does a shotty job and won't even show up when they say they will. Trust me it isn't worth it to live here.

TRYING TO SAVE PEOPLE FROM THIS PLACE!!! well Ive been a resident of peaks for 3 years now. Stayed because the floor plan is a good size for the price. Im regretting resigning that lease for another year. Through the what 4 different managers and now different owners. The AC has broke 3 different times, once for a full week. Which i had to ask them to put us in a different apartment until it was fixed. when i moved to a larger size floorplan the date i was supposed to move shuffled around for over a month because it wasnt ever ready. So moving day they had to put us in an apartment that also wasnt ready. And the last rain flooded my apartment due to the poor upkeep of the property. worst and most unhelpful maintenance man and some lady with him. And icing on the cake : WE (half the complex) Haven't HAD HOT WATER SINCE MID-JUNE.... That's over a month... all they have offered is the use of one of the show apartment showers.... That is ONE APARTMENT... For how many people... disgusting!

The apartments are in terrible condition. Unless it is an absolute emergency they take forever to fix things. Laundry facilities are mostly out of order. The water is shut off at least twice a month and the hot water seem even more often. Most of the exterior lighting is broken so walking at night is dangerous. You get billed for water, but the mains leak underground. Go somewhere else.

Pool has been green for a month, dirty and non working laundry and gym. Roaches are a problem, charged for pest control monthly but haven't had a treatment since December 2021

Living at Peaks at Redington is so comfortable. The pool and the other amenities keep the whole family busy. The access to the shopping and restaurants makes life so much easier. I’d recommend Peaks at Redington to anyone looking for a wonderful place to call home.
The peaks is such a great place. The staff are always in a great mood and willing to help you. The maintenance is incredible. I've lived here 1 year and only called the maintenance emergency line once it was at 3 in the morning for a leaking toilet and I was rather quickly considering the time greeted by Austen with the Peaks maintenance.. He had everything fixed and was gone in 20 minutes with no further issues. I highly recommend the PEAKS AT REDINGTON!
Maintenance is LAZY, and when they do finally get around to fixing it(if they know how) they recommend you stop using the appliance so it doesn't happen again (you shouldn't run your ac so much, you shouldn't use your garbage disposal etc). Utilities are ridiculously high - between $50- $75 a month, but I hear them tell prospective tenants that it usually $40. Pool always closed due to maintenance but was closed by the Health Department this summer because maintenance workers said he doesn't know how to do the chemicals correctly. It is walking distance to Frys.
We have lived here a little over 2 years now, I LOVE how Spacious the Apts are, how friendly the staff/maintenance are, the security gates are a plus on front & back door. Every Apts has their ups & downs of course but they are fixed within a reasonable amount of time. Security guard at night is very nice as well, walks the premise in middle of the night. My Kido & I love it here. Thanks Peaks at Redington, keep up the good work :)
If you don't mind neighbors getting high or worshipping the devil then you'll love this place. The staff is a little lazy, especially maintenance. If you need something fixed don't expect it to get fixed til 2 months later. on a good note, the pool is nice.
Management is nice. Property is well taken care of. Buildings are old so you will run into mold problems and used up appliances. Pet friendly property so hearing dogs barking throughout the night can be very upsetting. Walls thin and can hear upstairs neighbors walking around, floor creeks so much sounds like someone might fall through the ceiling. I like the location, next to a grocery store, many restaurants and shopping outlets.
