Peaks on drake is a wonderful apartment complex. Vanessa does a great job at coordinating day to day business and is very accommodating when needs arise in apartments. Jack does a great job at fixing any issues within the apartment in a very timely manner.

I’ve lived here for a year and it has been the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. There’s been constant drug busts and shootings since I’ve moved in and they try to say that they have new management and that things are changing but things are not changing the only thing that’s changing is they’re trying to take more money from the residents that were already tricked into moving here. There’s roaches, there’s crackheads, they upgraded like two apartment units and act like the rest of the apartment complex is updated. Trash
This place is disgusting, management is unprofessional, and overall it is unsafe
I recently moved into this unit and I didn't have high hopes when I moved in due to other reviews I've seen but it was the only place that was available at the time so here I am. It is a renovated unit but I've had some issues with it so far. A lot of the outlets were painted over, they painted over tape on the front door i guess they were too lazy to take off, some of the drawers in the kitchen cant be opened without opening the oven and refrigerator which isnt that bad but it is annoying, some of the flooring that was put down is sticking up in some spots, whoever installed the toilet did it wrong because it was leaking and maintenance had to come in and fix it, there is a roach problem in this unit that they said they were unaware of and I found dead roaches that were painted over while cleaning. They did hire pest control to come and handle the issue but the company they hired said it could take up to 6 weeks to solve this problem. The parking lot is riddled with potholes, trash and cigarette butts are everywhere, they were/are doing renovations recently, mostly painting the buildings so it looks nicer but the painters left trash and their equipment everywhere blocking pathways and the elevator which doesnt work that well.
