You can find Greeley just 49 miles from Denver, placing it an ideal range for those seeking a quick commute to the big city and a small-town environment. This former farming town is now on the rise and home to many large corporations and small businesses.
Greeley houses two colleges within its boundaries. The University of Northern Colorado and Aims Community College are two major community achievements. The downtown area is an exciting part of town where locals and students enjoy grabbing a bite before attending a concert at the Union Colony Civic Center.
In addition to academia, the city touts gourmet restaurants, affordable apartments, as well as five craft breweries, including Crabtree and Broken Plow. Poudre River Trail is a 21-mile paved pathway suited for walking, biking, and even rollerblading if you’re into it. Residents appreciate the shopping opportunities at Greeley Mall, plus the city-wide festivals such as Greeley Stampede with its rodeos, carnival games, and food.

Property Ratings at PeakView at T-Bone Ranch Apartments
Nice environment, friendly office management, the apartments themselves are really nice and well maintained.
This level of service makes me feel that any concerns I have with maintenance will be addressed and my apartment will be a safe place.
IF how responsive and competent quality caretaking was my only criteria, I would highly recommend this place.
There have been several issues with unsupervised kids causing damage to property and being loud for up to at least 2 hours at a time. I would need to know that was addressed before I made a strong recommendation.
It's a great apartment and a great community! My only qualms would be the hours for the pool because I work weird hours so I can't use them much and that the third website for paying rent was a little confusing and my roommates never got sent the confirmation email.
I would recommend this apartment to my family and friends because it is a good place to live and they take care of the maintenance.
Great location, good layout of apartment, enjoyed that our unit had new carpet when we moved in. We mostly had issues with the neighbors parking in front of our garage and blocking my vehicle in and noisy downstairs neighbors which are not the complex's fault. We didn't like that we had the pool and gym included in our payment but didn't get to use it most of the time since they were open during business hours.
Maintenance is always quick, friendly, and professiobal.
This community has been renter friendly
Friendly, professional, willing to work with you, nice landscaping, pretty complex overall, clean, peaceful.
Too expensive. And the rule that if I were to have a roommate, “everyone” in the household must make 2.5x' rent is horrendous.
It' beautiful and management is nice. However dogs being walked off leash and owners not picking up after their animals is a major concern of mine as I have children I don't want stepping in dog poop or being hurt by some random dog. Also my apartment was unlocked by someone other than myself or husband so that' concerning. As well as multiple cars being broken into around us
Nice area, nice apartment, very attentive staff.
yes
I have found office staff to be friendly, professional, and supportive! Maintenance personnel is helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. Grounds are well kept. I have always felt safe!
This is a very nice complex. Have had absolutely no issues since i have been here.
I have never had to wait more than a day for staff to respond and fix any issue I've had, and I've only had two small issues since moving in almost a year ago.
We already recommend Peakview to anyone looking for a friendly and safe community!

Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Feel safe and welcomed by other people that live around me. The clubhouse is nice to do things in too!

By far the cleanest, safest, most organized and well maintained apartments in Greeley... Great prices, and a wonderful management.. You can not go wrong!

Thank you so much for the heartfelt, five star review. We are always trying to improve the community, so please reach out to the Management Office with anything that we can assist you with. Thanks again!
I get the pet friendly environment but despite management notices, the dog owners refuse to be responsible and pick up after their dogs. We should not allow dogs to relieve themselves where children play. We should have designated gated area for the dogs to relieve themselves.
We live living here! Although it is expensive for a 1 income family, the amenities and community makes it worthwhile. We have thoroughly enjoyed the pool all summer long and we use the gym every morning. We appreciate the work that goes into keeping the grounds looking nice and clean. Our children have made friends and very much enjoy the playground! We really have no intention of moving out anytime soon and would recommend Peakview to anyone looking to rent an apartment in Greeley!
Rent price high compared to what is available at apartment and for the city it is in. Rent prices are inflated a unreasonably high upon renewal. Property value is inflated based on age and amenities
The space is great seems like a such calm environment
Good for the most part, parking is a huge issue. Even with paying for a garage spot I still don't always have a spot to park because people park in a way that blocks my spot.
I would because it is a nice place and everywhere is extremely nice and helpful!
It took a few weeks for maintenance to identify the source of the leak. We temporarily moved all of our things out of the bathroom so they could patch the ceiling, but that never happened. They caulked the shower in the unit upstairs and now the problem is solved, although there is still minor water damage on our bathroom ceiling.
EVERY staff member that we have interacted with has been kind, professional, and competent. This is a fantastic management team!

Thank you so much for the positive review. We make it a top priority for all of our residents to have a great experience while they call Peakview at T-Bone Ranch their home. I will pass your kind words onto the rest of the team.
The only thing that seems to be lacking is available parking space. Even if every unit gets one space, there are far more cars than spots available. It will make it hard when guests would like to come visit.

Thanks for the feedback. Parking on the property can be tricky at times. Please come by the office as we can assist you in renting an additional parking spot or even a garage. Again, thank you for the feedback and please let us know if you need anything!
It's a lovely place to live, but it is a little on the costly side.
Do not move here!! For the price, quality, and service you can get somewhere else. The price starts out cheap until they make you pay all of these fees. You will pay for one assigned parking space even if you have a 3 bedroom apartment. For the price you should be getting renovated rooms in every building. But they just show you their model, tell you that you’re getting renovated rooms, and renovated rooms cost more. Once you move in you’ll find that the place is poorly renovated.
Just on maintenance alone I would stay at Peakview. They are very courteous and very quick to get your request done.
Están en buena zona y tienen todas las comodidades para vivir.
We have already recommended Peakview to other friends and family.
We loved our apartment. IT was: clean and the workers were great. If we had anything we needed or had a problem they were there and made it right.
Parking is a huge inconvenience. I have a 3 bedroom apartment and was only assigned one spot
Prosess of moving in was very frustrating, we were suppose to move in and we weren?t able to move in for 11 days after. The condition of the apartment wasn?t what we thought it would be and when we moved in the place was discusting

Thanks so much for the positive review. We are so happy you had a positive leasing experience at T-Bone Ranch. Please be sure to let us know if there is anything you need.
DO NOT COME HERE!!!! I REPEAT, FIND A PLACE ELSEWHERE!!!!. Management is rude and no help to all situations and solutions. Maintenance service is so so and late to fix a issue. Parking is a joke!!! You pay $20 a month to reserve a spot. Not bad right??? Wrong!!! If you find someone parked in your spot during daytime hours. You are responsible for taking care of the towing process after the towing company verifies your info. So have to wait about 1-2 hours to get your spot back. And during night time hours/non opening hours, if there is someone in your spot. You are out of luck!!! Towing cant do anything about it without contacting the office but they are close and cant do nothing. So why do we pay if we don't have full access to our spot!?!. The area is always dirty with trash and animal droppings. It is not a quiet or clam neighborhood. You have been warned and will regret every min for choosing this complex.
Peakview at T-bone Ranch is a top notch place to live. I have lived there 6 years and we have worked with 2 property management companies. I can tell you that Steadfast Management is very professional, honest and consistent. Office staff Peakview at T-bone Ranch has always been very friendly and easy to work with, sure there is turnover but in Northern Colorado with a booming economy you will find that anywhere. I never had an issue that was not addressed in a reasonable timely manner. The manager of Peakview at T-bone Ranch, Peter, who has been there for a couple years is easy to approach and good to work with about concerns and issues. I have found being upfront and honest has always helped me and we have always been able to reach a mutually acceptable agreement. I can tell you in my 23 years of renting places in Northern Colorado, this is one of the main reasons I have enjoyed living at Peakview at T-bone Ranch these past 6 years. Maintenance staff has to be the hardest job at any apartment. The staff of Peakview at T-bone Ranch has always been very responsive, respectful and very courteous. Having a maintenance staff that is approachable and knowledgeable is a great quality that they have at Peakview at T-bone Ranch. I applaud them for their professional demeanor and hard work. Sure living at Peakview at T-bone Ranch was not always perfect, but this has been the best rental place I have ever lived in since my childhood home. When Steadfast took over there were some major problems with the previous standards of how to properly maintain an all-year round pool and hot tub. The management and maintenance staff spend many hours training and learning how to ensure the pool and hot tub are safe. Thanks to the staff at Peakview at T-bone Ranch, the pool and hot tub is in prime working condition. Yes, time will always be needed to close down the pool and hot tub, but that means they care about what they do, and I feel that is really important. The year round pool and hot tub is ABSOLUTELY the most impressive feature of Peakview at T-bone Ranch, nothing is better than swimming outdoors in a heated pool in January and then spending some time in the hot tub as it is snowing. I highly recommend living at Peakview at T-Bone Ranch.
Better parking I have a three bedroom apartment and only one parking spot. I payed 270. For towing my first week
Better parking I have a three bedroom apartment and only one parking spot. I payed 270. For towing my first week
Washer and drier units are almost mini-sized, which I did not expect, and are difficult to use. Kitchen cabinets need to be repaired (they are peeling in many places) or repaired.
I WOULD RATHER BE LIVING IN A BUS BEFORE I RESIGN MY LEASE HERE! When you take a tour they make sure you only see 1/16 of their property so you don’t find out the horrors within. Management does not give a FRICK if your property gets stolen, they don’t even say “hey we’re sorry that happened”. Also you have to pay extra to park in front of your own house, where your car can get towed at anytime if your car looks “unoperable” or if you don’t park in the 1 spot they give you. The only good people that work here are the maintaince guys, they are the knights in shining armor. Befriend them if you live here because no one else who works there cares about your well being. LOL!!!
Parking rules have changed and were not communicated, grounds are looking unkept, mostly where people don't pick up after their animals, they should be fined and charged more and take it off the rest of our bills. The hot tub and pool have been mostly working and when it has issues they are fast to respond which is a huge improvement in the last year.
Expensive, but adequate. Lease move out notice of 60 days, hard to make work. It makes it hard to get out of the lease.
The community alone is great; the area is filled with great places; restaurants, shopping malls, etc. a great place for couples and singles
What a great office staff! Peter, Erin and Brittany are the best! Great maintenance team! Robert and Kevin are tops, too! Great people to live around!
Rental prices are among the highest in greeley.
Hot tub rarely works-out of commission for at least 2 months now. Workout room is very small and out of date-missing most barbells. One bike is almost impossible to pedal. Parking is a mess. Very little guest parking. Ist apartment I ever lived in where it is my responsibility to call a tow company to get someone out of my space. All other places supervise this themselves. You will probably walk a long way to get to your car. Your guests will need most likely to park on street and walk even further. Most places accept responsibility to maintain this. Maintenance tries hard but they take a long time. You will pay to heat for common areas. Club house, people plugging in diesel trucks overnight and service fee for sending you a piece of paper. Price is very high considering service and amenities. Front office doesn't appear aware of what is going o. They require 2 month vacancy notice-turns out to be three because the month you give it during doesn't count. Most other places in Greeley require a month. Greeley has other places. Grounds could be kept up better. Outside looks nice due to recent residing.
