Peakview has been very good to us. Whenever we have an issue and need maintenance, Rob and Nykos are very quick to come and fix what's wrong, we do not have to wait weeks to have something taken care of. The office staff is amazing. Geri, Emily, and Suzie are superb and really care about your needs and pocket. Overall a great experience, we have lived in two units here, and love the area as well. Beautiful trees surround the complex, walking paths for me and my puppy, and tons of parking spaces! What more could you want?

We pay $160 mo in miscellaneous fees. $30 for valet trash services that are not being provided. They continue to make us pay even though the service is not provided.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They listened carefully and answered questions to the best of their abilities. Suzie was wonderful to us and was able to get us into our lovely new home quick and effectively. It was a rare occurrence that my fiance and I applied and was able to move in within two days. I do plan on returning to this review to add on as our lease progresses.

Dan and Robert are the best maintenance team in the country. And it’s not close. We have lived all over the country; and a work order takes a minimum of a week anywhere we have lived… then they never come on time, make false promises and then let your work fall to the wayside. Not here….!!! You put in a work order and that work gets done day of or next morning without batting an eye. If not, they communicate immediately that it may take a bit longer and get it done the second they say they will. Not only are they amazing getting things fixed, they treat our animals and our daughter like their own family every time they walk through the door. Truly just an amazingly kind team that truly cares and wants your experience living here to be wonderful. We couldn’t imagine living anywhere else and Dan and Robert make it easy to do so. The team here at horseshoe lake is fantastic and I promise you’d be making a mistake by not living here. Amazing community, amazing amenities, amazing atmosphere. True bliss. Thank you all! We finally feel at home.
Parkview Apartments at Horseshoe Lake in Loveland is such an awesome place to live! The management people are so kind and accommodating. The place is spacious and immaculate. The amenities include pool, hot tub, exercise room, clubhouse, and valet trash service . . . Just to mention a few. I feel safe here, and it is quiet. I am SO happy to be here !
Maintenance crew is great. They show up in a timely manner, friendly, respectful, and get the job done well. No need to worry about maintenance at this complex - you're in good hands!
When I moved into Peakview 3 years ago it was a very welcoming place and, even though the prices were on the high side, I enjoyed the location and especially the staff. Over the years the price has continually increased. Especially with IRT Living took over, they nickel and dime you to outrageous levels for everything including the basic rent. My understanding is when you leave you basically kiss your deposit away no matter how well you take care of your apartment. So basically the corporation is less than desirable. However, I love the staff. They are the reason I stay and I enjoy the comfortable family environment they provide. The door is always open and they will do their hardest to resolve your issues. I thank all three of you for being the best. Also, thanks for the fun Holiday treats you put out.
Exceeded expectations without seeing it in person before we moved in. Emily was incredibly helpful every step of the way. Our maintenance problems were solved the very same day we put in service requests.
The office and maintenance staff are awesome. The grounds are well groomed and beautiful. I feel very safe living here.
I have had several little things happen in my apartment since I've moved in (toilet handle broke, washing machine stalled, fire alarm squeaking) and each time I've called, maintenance is always there within the day to fix whatever I have needed! Very impressive and 10/10 would recommend this apartment community to a friend or family!

Suzie is extremely helpful and welcoming. She was able to help us in every way possible during move in. We felt welcomed and thankful for her kindness. We really enjoy the view from our apartment and enjoy our living space.
Peakview has always gone the extra mile and they make residents feel cared about by definitely going out of their way to resolve issues. Folks are treated very respectfully by the staff here, and I just adore them.
It is a very well maintained campus with helpful, friendly and professional staff. The neighbors I have met are also very friendly and kind. The location is amazingly convenient yet feels off the beaten track.

My family and I have been renting here for about 2 years now. Suzie in the leasing office goes above and beyond to accommodate our family, maintance requests get answered almost immediately and resolved right away. From looking around to other apartment buildings, there’s no question that peakview by horseshoe lake is the best quality and value in Loveland.

This is the second time I have rented after 29 years of being a homeowner. This has been the best experience and my apartment is so charming!
It is a beautiful and well maintained complex. The staff is professional and friendly and the neighbors are all quite friendly.
Apartments are very small, walk-in closet super small, washer and dryer beat clothes up. No opt out of door to door trash pickup. A quiet complex, mature landscape, nice staff.
It is a beautifully maintained campus with apartment homes offering space for better livability. The green space and amenities are outstanding.
The staff and setting made it feel 'like home'!

I have only lived here a week but they have been very helpful when I have had to call them.
I would recommend it's a Great Location, Wonderful people to work with, despite COVID they continue to maintain the property. Nice diverse community.
I find the rent to be high, especially for a non-remodeled unit. Other than that, I really like this complex.

Its a quiet comfortable place, Having grounds kept up, much better crew this time around. Great dog park, Friendly staff. However, I have a Dog - and maybe you need to walk the grounds more often to catch the residents that don't pick up after their dogs, nothing worse than stepping in someone else Poop.

The staff is exceptionally kind and available and willing to work with you on all sorts of issues. I've lived here almost four years and I couldn't be happier. The rents are fair, the apartments and the grounds for well-maintained, the maintenance man are polite and respectful andand the office staff: I could praise them all day. I have a lot of health challenges and it's nice to be in a place that is so amenable and responsive during these hard times. The apartments themselves are quite nice and roomy and I feel very safe in this complex

Community is well maintained. Nice and quiet community. Neighbors are friendly. Conveniently located with shopping and restaurants nearby.
Everyone is so nice staff and neighbors maintenance requests are fixed promptly with professional solutions. I enjoy living here.

I've only been here a month, but everyone has been so friendly and helpful. The apartment was in beautiful condition when I moved in, and the space is wonderful.
Everyone here has been so sweet and made my son and I feel very welcome. I haven't been this comfortable in my home in a while.
My concerns are the lack of dog owners responsibility to their pets.
Bedrooms dont warm up well. Bathroom floor leaking to lower apartments ceiling. Trash bins could be more conveniently located. Outside of those items everything has been great.
Having quick and reliable maintenance staff is huge would recommend based on that
The only issue I can really see is parking space. It's usually hard to find unless you find a parking spot early.
Upon arrival, everything seemed relaxed. Not too loud or too quiet, just right. I love the hardwood floors for easy cleanup with my dog, and the color scheme brings my mind to ease! I just love everything about it

Most people I know of my age group can not afford these places but I do mention how beautiful the apartments are and how nice the grounds are.
The Peakview by Horseshoe Lake apartments, at least the redesigned ones, are very nice as apartments go, and they are in a great part of town. We enjoyed the walking path around the neighborhood, how close it was to the grocery store and gas station, and were impressed by how good Comcast was in our apartment (I was shocked, as a customer who has long been held hostage by Comcast). However, I hesitate to recommend them to friends and family because I found our apartment to be quite a bit of hassle given the rather high price tag, and that's without the (overpriced, I think) $100/month garage add-on we declined. I hope that these issues are slowly getting resolved- I know the apartments changed ownership shortly before we moved in in spring 2017, and that it takes time to get an apartment complex in good working order from a possibly-negligent former owner. This is the main reason I tried to overlook some of the more-glaring issues we encountered during our occupancy.
