Property Ratings at The Pearl at Homewood
This apartment complex is all around terrible I don’t recommend no one to move over here for one the rent is very much overpriced for how the apartments look on the outside its very trashy and nasty the pipes are old so you will have to get your drains unclogged frequently. They are very unprofessional the assistant manager that work in the office attitude is terrible . The maintenance men are sorry except for one I’ve been having maintenance issues since day 1 they take months to come fix it
Moved here a week ago today and I’ve had a wonderful experience. Jenn in the office made my move an easy process and she keep me informed along the way. I absolutely love the Pearl at Homewood.
Pool has been closed all summer. Can’t access the gym. Off ice staff doesn’t answer phone. Trash everywhere. Don’t respond to urgent maintenance calls.
My experience with the office personal is AWESOME! Maria, Jasmine, Jennifer & Maintenance Personal are CARING, SUPPORTIVE & CONCERN regarding issues they are given. They all are Awesome and Thank You

We’ve lived here going on three years and we absolutely love it! The layout of our unit is spacious and open. The storage is premium! We actually have room for all of our stuff and it’s just amazing to be able to have all our stuff with us and not in a storage unit. We have such a beautiful view off our balcony! We see the gorgeous Birmingham sunsets, every evening. The only thing that kind of stinks is the amount of the water/sewer bill, monthly. It is quite high. Our power bill stays reasonable, though. I highly recommend getting your own internet as the provided internet is very slow. Outside of these things the experience here has been fantastic!

They won't fix anything in a timely manner. The manager tells you to just deal with it. My neighbor's dirty water drains into my apartment and they won't fix it.. RUUUN!

Apartments flood, management and maintenance do not care about your problems, rent is entirely too high for this disgusting place, gnats, worms, spiders, all in the apartment, MOLD EVERYWHERE. do not ever think about moving here, i would live in a tent on the side of the road before ever coming here.

Place is infected with RATS,ROACHES and GNATS. They get all in your food ,clothing and personal items Nobody never come out to fix anything my dishwasher has been broke for a year I have broken glass on my window. People leave trash outside no one comes to pick it up.
