An hour south of Houston via 288, Lake Jackson is a popular home base for many of the region’s commuters (it’s about an hour west of Galveston as well). The city is relatively small and mostly composed of residential neighborhoods.
Brazos Mall and its neighboring cluster of specialty shops and restaurants serve as popular hangouts for locals, and numerous public parks like T.J. Dunbar Jr. Park provide beautiful opportunities to get outdoors and enjoy the sunshine. The community is positioned just minutes inland from the Gulf of Mexico, making it easy to head to the coast for a beach day or a fishing trip.

Property Ratings at Pearl at Oyster Creek Apartments
I have seen the properties changing and for the better all over. Inside and out things are beautifully improving For everyone. This the community we love the space, updates, amenities and affordable. Management always wanting to improve and hear from all of us.
We have been living here since November and absolutely love our apartment! Any issues we had at all have been immediately handled by the staff. Seriously the staff is the best! Friendly neighbors as well.
I am going into my 3 lease here. I have not had any problems with the property, if I have it has been fixed in a timely manner. I don't have any problems with the neighbors. Nice quiet apartment complex. Would recommend.
Unfortunately power and hot water are no guarantee here. The pool has been locked for 5 months possibly longer. Mailboxes do not lock your mail will be stolen. The grass regularly grows past knee height. There is little to no communication from management. A lot of the washers and dryers provided in the laundromat will take your money and give you nothing. There is only one entrance to the property and it is quite rough. If you need a cheap place to stay and don't mind going without hot water or electricity, this is the place for you.
People smoke weed and have no regards to others, drama infested, people blare music and drink all night long. Manager refuses to talk to anyone, maintenance men are horrible. Do not recommend. Doesn’t even deserve a star.
