This is a clean and quiet place to live. I highly recommend living at Pearl DTC. I have renewed my lease 3 times. The office staff are extremely helpful and responsive.
I've lived here for 9 months and LOVE it. The community itself is very quiet, however if you get an apartment by the highway it is very noisy. With that said, Pearl DTC has been the best complex I've lived at in the last 8 years. It's well kept, maintenance is very responsive and quick and the office staff are great. If you're looking for a new home I highly recommend Pearl DTC!

PearlDTC is a wonderful community at the heart of DTC. It is well maintained, peaceful and has a courteous management. Amenities like pool and hot tubs are well maintained. Parking is the only issue as it is first come first served and often gets full with multiple vehicles (cars, bikes and even trailers sometimes) parked by members of the same household.

So far we love the area, the community, the administrative team, the amenities, the security, and the interior of the apartment. The roads leading to the complex need patching BADLY and one of the entrances to the complex has so many deep potholes you have to drive on the wrong side of the road to exit without wrecking your tires/wheels.

We will be patching and sealing the asphalt within the next 60 days however some of the streets around the community are maintained by the HOA and not the apartment community. PearlDTC is like an oasis in the Denver Tech center area. It offers five star amenities and a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. It’s the perfect location for any professional or persons looking to relocate. The staff here of friendly and professional, and they make it very easy for anyone looking to transition. Homes are beautifully laid out with many options to choose from. It’s 10 minutes away from downtown and offers none of the noise and busyness of the city. I love it here and I’m sure you will too..

Lived here over a year. Renewed the lease. I love loving here. Quiet. Fast responses from management. Maintenance keeps the property looking nice. I’ve seen comments about parking and there has been like 1-2 times that I couldn’t find parking near my building. Other than that it’s great!

DTC has been pleasant, as it is very quiet and you don’t have to worry about noise much at all. The apartments itself are nice and spacious, and the amenities provided are great. However, parking is terrible as there is no assigned spots. There is constantly moving trucks, and such using up spots resulting in no parking. My significant other and I were forced to add 2 garages to our lease because we came home multiple nights to no parking. If you have more than one car, I would consider a garage too.

Parking situation is horrible. If you have a car, don’t move in. Seriously, count on driving the entire complex multiple times with the hope of racing for a spot or park in a handicapped spot and leave before you get caught. It’s terrible planning and a fault to the company.

In general living at Pearl DTC is a great experience. Location is good, apartments are well taken care. The bad sides are not having fixed parking spots (it can be an issue during snow days) and the front door keys are a poor security solution.

We love living at the Pearl DTC. The location is great, and the property is nice. We are surrounded by hotels and office buildings so the area is clean and beautifully landscaped. We are in walking distance to great restaurants, coffee shops and shopping.

The property is nice and community managers are helpful but the actual buildings are not made well so hearing your neighbors is inevitable. However that does not stop crabby residents and the office from issuing noise complaints for just living in your apartment.

The overall apartment and living area is fantastic. I used to live here as the apartment homes were built so it's been disappointing to see the patches inside the apartment. I wish the apartments were kept up a bit better.

Great building, great staff. In general is a place surrounded by young people. My only concern is about security, we have only manually locked doors that often people break their keys in it. I personally miss a callbox to open the building doors and security guys passing more often

I love this apartment! I love the layout and really really love that this apartment allows my German shepherd to be here. It was really difficult to find a place at first that allowed his breed and I was absolutely ecstatic to find out dog and pet friendly this community is which made me so happy. So many places seem to discriminate against my dogs breed but I was so so happy to see how pearl accommodates pets of almost all kinds which gave me such a peace of mind. Its an awesome community. I also love the location!

So far Ive real my enjoyed my time here at Pearl. The apartment is lovely, the close proximity to the dog park is a huge plus for me, and Ive loved having my coffee on my patio - a luxury that I havent been able to do for the last 5 years of my time in Denver. Im really glad to call Pearl home and I hope for it to be home for as long as I can :)

They changed from having unlocked doors to buildings to them being locked for “safety.” Because nothing is safer than fumbling for keys when someone is behind you. 0/10 would not recommend. To cheap to get safer keypads with codes.

We work hard to provide a fantastic experience to everyone. It's discouraging to see that you are unhappy with the hallway doors being locked. We appreciate all feedback and thank you for sharing your thoughts.
Very well located condo, with very friendly staff. All of our requests were attended in a day or less. The only concern is security, everyone can have access to the buildings or parking lots. After the incident last year the doors that give access to the buildings were locked, but some residents bypass that by putting a rock to hold the door. I believe a more effective way of controlling access should be installed, such as a call box or a something more secure. Not uncommon parking lot gets full and I'm sure that there are people with more than one car parked. This could be controlled if the condo took any action to limit the number of cars per apartment.

The Pearl DTC is a safe and clean community with all the amenities you need to make you feel at home! Parking is never an issue and staff and maintenance are quick to answer questions or concerns. There are plenty of walking and running paths, with Cherry Creek State Park only several minutes away. The Pearl DTC is at the center of all these great activities and amenities and is a wonderful place to call home!

We had decent 3 years at this apartment, until the new management company took over. First and foremost, after the homicide that happened at the complex (in our building), there was basically zero communication to the residents about what happened, are we safe? was it a random shooting? etc. none, zero, nothing from them. It took enough residents asking for them to finally send something out. After the shooting happened in February (it was on the news, google it), residents requested for keyed access to the buildings. It was not until June when locks were finally installed. I understand, there is more to it than just putting locks on the doors the following week, but this timeline was unacceptable. We asked if we could change buildings within the complex after the shooting, and there was no accommodation. They only cared about taking our money and that's it. We moved into a different building, paid the $500 transfer fee and signed a shorter lease. We moved out in September, our lease ended in October. We received a letter in the mail that we have been charged $154.95 for carpet cleaning. The apartment and carpet was spotless when we left. They are claiming that it was a urine cleanup charge, which is odd considering we do not have any pets or kids. Nor did we have any friends over with pets or anything. We have contacted the front office, multiple times who are zero help. We have left multiple emails and voicemails with the Greystar receivables department to zero reply. It has been over a month now and still no response. At this point we are just trying to get this paid, even though they are wrong. I don't want this to get sent to collections. This is just a few examples.

The apartments themselves are nice. However, the walls are all made from paper; you can hear most things your neighbors say or do. There is not enough recycling for the number of buildings they have. The worst situation is the parking and the managements' response. They tell us that parking is only for residents', but then also don't have a parking pass, or an attendant who watches the lot? They delete comments from the community board despite them being civil and courteous. I'd rather them just tell us they don't care and aren't going to do anything, rather than keep giving excuses or just simply ignoring the complaint.
