Property Ratings at Pearl Flagler Village
Lived here from opening day. 3 great years. Extremely well maintained property with awesome amenities. Safe and clean. The units are spacious and modern. Management was fantastic. The property manager Robin and the leasing staff always went above and beyond whenever I needed anything and they were always so good to my little pup. Highly recommend.

Thank you for your glowing praise for our commitment to our residents and their well-being. We are so glad that our dedication shines through in our work and appreciate your recommendation.
$2000 bike stolen from the bike storage, amazon packages stolen and management don't care. They make you pay rental insurance but only cover the building, so if something happens to your stuff sorry. You really pay a lot of money to live in a place that is safe where you feel relax, but I guess this is not the one.
Property Manager at Pearl Flagler Village, Responded To This Review
Eduardo, we understand that you are upset, and our team has been in communication with you regarding your bike. We encouraged you to file a police report and assured you that we would provide whatever information required to support the investigation. Unfortunately, you have not used your bike for over a year and could not indicate when it may have gone missing. Additionally, we advise residents that the insurance they pay only covers the physical apartment. We recommend that residents obtain an individual renters insurance policy that would cover any personal items. The storage agreement residents sign states that management is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. In any case, we are here for you, so please reach out to us at manager.pearlflaglervillage@morgangroup.com should you need any further assistance with this matter. Thank you!
I have lived at the Pearl now for over 2 years, moved in when the building was pretty new. Everything was great for a while and then things started to fall apart. List of issues: * The garage door brakes constantly and then it stays open for weeks on end * People let their pets defecate and pee in the stairs and garage * Floors that smell of marijuana all the time * Broken tiles in the elevator that have been like that since I moved in * The garbage chute brakes and people leave garbage all over the place * Want to have a nice read by the pool, but you can't because the "guard" is sitting in a cabana having a VERY loudly conversation on his cell phone that goes on for over an hour, or other guests play their music like if you were at a pool party in Vegas. * The hall carpets are absolutely disgusting * I got a new car, which I immediately registered with the office, same tag as my previous car. The office took an entire day to provide me a new transponder. I left on a business trip only to come back and find a ticket for unauthorized parking in my own spot. Appealed the ticket, and they denied it $45. * I travel a lot, and for a while my car would not be in the garage. I would come home and there would be a car parked in my spot. This happened numerous times. * Oh if you get a new car, get ready to pay $50 for a new sticker. * If you want a 2nd key fob $150. You don't need the fob anymore, sorry can't give you the $150 until the end of your lease. I don't recommend this place at all. If they don't care to void a $45 ticket and lose a tenant that has always been reliable, then why should I renew and stay. My recommendation to you, STAY AWAY.
Property Manager at Pearl Flagler Village, Responded To This Review
Thank you for your review and feedback. We unfortunately are at the mercy of vendors for items like the garage gate. Our parking transponders are programmed and registered for specific apartments so unfortunately that can take time to complete, and replacement FOBs or transponders do come at a cost as stated in all residents leases. We will continue to work on improving any areas of the community that may need it and are appreciative of residents feedback to continue doing so.
Nice apartment but EVERY SINGLE ONE of my guests have received a ticket at least once for not registering their parking on the app quickly enough. One of my guests was ticketed SEVEN minutes before she registered and that was about the time it took her to get upstairs to better signal to be able to use the app. I heard Pearl implemented the registered parking to deter residents from using the guest parking. I don’t believe that for a second. They have all the license plate info for all the residents and could easily have the security guard on duty (who are always doing nothing) check the cars in the garage. I think it’s much more believable that Pearl is sharing profits with the parking company as my guests alone have paid hundreds of dollars in fines. For a “luxury” building, the parking situation is rather burdensome and crass. You pay a premium price but the guest parking is run like a donkey show and it’s embarrassing to apologize and explain to my guests. They don’t even bother parking in the garage anymore, they would rather park blocks away and walk over. Get it together Pearl.
Great Building Great Amenities
Property Manager at Pearl Flagler Village, Responded To This Review
Thank you for the 5 star review and nice comments. We do appreciate it. Sincerely, Robin, Community Manager
Pearl Flagler Village truly provides an inclusive, luxury living environment from the professional staff, to the many amenities along with the finishes in your apartment. Every guest that has come to see or stay with me is completely wowed by the apartment community I live in. It always feels so good to come home!
Great place, really good location, love the pool and amenities. Office staff has been courteous, although the response time is slow. Management is obviously disorganized but apologetic where needed. Unit numbers corresponding to their tenants are off(even when attempted to be corrected) and parking space assignments are a big complaint amongst tenants(along with the unorganized management) after getting to know many and speaking with them about how they feel at Pearl. I was also promised weeks of free rent only to find out on the night before moving in that they will not provide it. Every single member of the staff who agreed that there will be such compensation later agreed that they did say that but retracted the offer when I was moving in. Very unprofessional and displays a high disorganized staff/management.
Great building Great amenities Great staff
If you want to pay a bunch of rent and impress your friends with a "cool" place, good for you. Keep in mind you'll pay dearly and simple fixes like a light ballast go ignored and not fixed after two visits and 3 weeks.
Nicest Apartment complex in Flagler Village by far...
The Pearl Flagler Village is a beautifully modern, trendy community with the latest amenities. They put their residents first and it shows even by the staff knowing your name. The Pearl is always throwing events to get their residents together for a feeling of community, which I greatly appreciate.
Pearl is a real class act, everything about the experience living here is top notch.
Its cleans, the building is beautiful, such a great decision to move here! I love calling the Pearl my home
Great complex & amenities. Management & maintenance have been very helpful.
