Property Ratings at Pearl Flats
This was my first apartment after graduating college. The leasing experience was very easy, and Adrienne’s expertise made the transition very smooth! There are many perks to living in the Pearl- the amount of space you get for the price, the proximity to downtown, the newness of the appliances, and the maintenance team is amazing. The management was very accommodating to our needs as far as leasing terms! I’m so happy for the opportunity to live here, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a space to live downtown!

Thank you for the kind words and we are definitely proud of our Pearl Community! -Adrienne Kersey Clearbrook Realty
I have lived here for 1 1/2 years now and have loved it. I needed an apartment pretty quickly as I was relocating for a new job, and this place has become my home. I love the space, the big windows, the layout, the appliances, and the design. It also surprisingly quiet, aside from city-sounds, which I consider a perk. The staff is personable and very responsive. In short, I have enjoyed living here.

We love all of our Pearl peeps! Thank you for sharing your positive experience with others. Adrienne Kersey Clearbrook Realty
My experience so far living at The Pearl has been great. I urgently needed a place to live in Nashville as I got a job offer and they wanted me to start quickly. I wasn't able to visit in person so I had to rely on online photos and research. Looking around online I was surprised at how many places wanted to charge high rents even for studios. I was lucky to find The Pearl which had moderately priced studios available. When I arrived to sign the lease everything was exactly as pictured (which is sometimes not the case with online listings). I have listed pros and cons below: Pros: -I live on the ground floor so I can actually park about 10 feet from my door -Dedicated parking right behind/under the building. Spots are covered. -The buildings are about a 10 minute walk to restaurants/bars on Church St and Broadway (30 minute walk to Bridgestone Arena) -New construction. Everything looks/feels new and nothing has gone wrong. -Large patio -Large windows. Lots of natural light. -Staff is very responsive to any requests -Unusually large closet -There are two medium sized buildings and it's not some monstrous high-rise -There is a bus stop literally at the corner (this could be a con but I am used to city noise) Cons: -I wish it was just a bit closer to downtown where I work but I can't really complain about a 5 minute drive -The neighborhood is still up and coming -I wish there was a door between the bathroom and closet The cons are mostly just quibbles. I am happy I chose to live here and would recommend you check it out if your looking for fairly priced new construction close to Midtown, Germantown, and downtown.

Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We're so glad you love your new apartment home at The Pearl!
Sorry newcomers but these places are definitely over priced, this area is beginning to be a popular spot for Tourist attraction. The daycare across the street has been sold, and it will be torn down soon. Their asking price again is outrageous, and the square footage is like a playhouse. Think very hard, and twice before making a lease and investing into something that you could've done have got more for your money.

Hi there! I'm so sorry to hear about your opinion of The Pearl. We are very excited to offer prices that are much more affordable than most apartment homes with this proximity to downtown and the interstate, not to mention the quality of our finishes!! We have yet to start tours at The Pearl, so fortunately (and a little unfortunately) it doesn't sound like your opinion is coming from a first-hand experience. I think once you have scheduled a tour with one of our leasing professionals and have the opportunity to see The Pearl for yourself, we are confident you will change your mind! Please feel free to call us to schedule a time to come to our office and fall in LOVE with The Pearl yourself!

Hello, we are sorry you feel we are overpriced. The Pearl is a lovely property and in a great location, however, we understand that not everyone sees the value in being centrally located or living in a luxury apartment. We appreciate the feedback, and wish you the best of luck in finding your new home!!
