Pearl Park Apartments

Cons: -Crime. My husband's taillights were stolen from his truck. The apartment doesn’t have enough cameras so they couldn't see who did it. My husband just so happened to park in a “blind spot”. There was also a shooting. We got 1 email about it & said we would get updates on the incident but never did. I had to physically go in to talk to management & ask about it because I was afraid for our safety. -Pictures on the website are only of their updated apartment & edited very nicely. We did not get an apartment that looked like that. I was very shocked when we moved in. Ask for a tour of your specific apartment that’s available before you make any decisions. -When we moved in, the place was dirty & poorly painted. I’m laughing because another review says they painted over a cockroach. In our kitchen drawer, they painted over rice. The bathrooms were dirty with DIRT on the floor & inside the cabinets. I requested someone re-clean it and they said they did but they didn't because it looked the same. Our tub shower was horribly stained yellow & brown too. Mold on the windows. -Outlets are old, you’re lucky if you find one that will actually hold things. My husband had to literally tape his phone charger to the wall -Cockroaches, spiders, & random bugs, even with pest control. Residents complained to management about this issue & they said to keep our apartments clean & that should fix the pests. We kept our apartment very clean & still, with the poor construction of this place with its cracks & crevices, pests will STILL get in. -Moved here in August 2022 & the pool was closed (& green) until July 2023… It was closed for an entire year. -Gym is always hot & never organized. I had to stop working out there because I kept seeing a wasp flying around. Management would just tell me, “Well I didn’t see one in there”. -Neighbors above us moved out & this group of men showed up, didn’t speak English, & no furniture went in. They were loud & their beer bottles & smoking items would fall onto our grass area. Someone called the cops on them because it was alarming. Turns out management let a construction team live there while they redid the apartment, but didn’t tell anyone. I found that out because I had to go in & ask who the random people with no furniture living above us were. Pros: -Maintenance was good. They usually showed up the next day after a request. -Double locks on the front door and double locks on the slider door. -Huge master closet

I cannot give this complex 0*. There is a lot of crime at this complex within the last 6 months. From vandalism, homeless people sleeping on tenant's patios, cars getting broken into, the mailboxes getting broken into and finally a shot out in one of the properties. I contacted the Management Office Foresight and was given the runaround for weeks. I would be forwarded to the Manager responsible for the property and would be sent to voicemail with no call back, when finally i just give my termination letter. At that time i was told i owed more money than what was quoted on my lease for early termination. Also the playground equipment has been removed, though its still pictured on their website and their pool had been closed the majority of the season. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

My family moved in in August and we are thrilled to have chosen this property. The staff in the office and the maintenance crew are amazing and go above and beyond!

Don’t waste time. Find a place worth living at. Trust me

The maintenance staff has been so.quick and dependable. I give ghem a 5 star. Great staff and a nice lpace to live. Quiet at night. Never have problems with the neighbors. Friendly community.

We love the property; it’s definitely a beautiful campus. However, we moved in a week ago, and our dishwasher is still unusable, out toilet is missing a bolt still, and the only reason we can use the patio door is because my husband fixed it.

Unexpectedly needed to move in an apartment as quick as possible and every other apartment agency was not as helpful. I reached out to this location at the Pearl Park, and spoke with the leasing Manager-Teresa. She assured my moved in date in no time with no delays or hassle. I also like to thank the staff & maintenance as well as they're super friendly!!! Thanks guys for making my transition smooth & easy....

I’ve never had an issue with maintenance or front staff. The girls in the front are easy to work with and amazing girls. By far the best place I have lived at.

Going over reviews helped our decision in making Pearl Park our home. With the help of both Sarah amd Teresa, we were able to move in within a week. I will mention that they did keep us informed with the status of our apartment being ready for move in, yet we had to come in and inquire as both ladies were almost always busy on the phone, informing potential residents, and helping current residents with concerns. We had a few concerns of our own which were quickly addressed and already being worked on. The community thus far has been friendly and inviting with monthly events to bring us together. Family friendly and a family focus was more than we could ask for this community.

Roaches everywhere. Our first night, we didnt sleep here. We used 6 Hot Shot Foggers and home defense spray for house insects. The next night looked just the same as the day before. Disappointing. Don't live here. Roaches are everywhere!

I really enjoy the staff there.friendly and good management. . I highly recommend eve to lease, there very attentive to what your needs are. Thanks pearl park.

I hate this apartment because they put me in a non livable condition for 5 months. I begged them to fix my maintenance requests for 5 months and they didn’t fix it. I had to go through court and they fixed it in two days. They just ignore your concerns and needs. I never delayed my rent. I showed them respect. They just didn’t care. They are just there to see how many ways they can loot money from you. That’s all. If I read the reviews before I loved in, I woudve gotten a totally different experience with any other apartment properties. If you want a healthy and safe stay, just forget about this apartment. DO NOT GO there

This place is trash. Huge roach infestation!! Horrible management, and horrible maintenance. Stay away!!

My boyfriend and I were so excited to look at one bedrooms and were HIGHLY HIGHLY interested in this place. We thought we would give it a chance and still look at them even though it had bad reviews. We walked in and the girl didn’t give us the TIME OF DAY! Extremely rude and blew us off and didn’t even offer to give us a tour of the place. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE THE TIME OF DAY. Really disappointed by the poor management here.

I have lived in one of the 3 bedroom apartments for almost 2 years now, and from day 1 there has been an issue with roaches both dead and alive. especially in the kitchen, they get in every drawer and inside the dishwasher. the dishwasher broke 2 months after we moved in, and the water pressure is terrible. maintenance will turn off the water randomly with absolutely no notice and/or reason. the only thing that was new when we moved into our apartment was the carpet that had just been replaced. my closet doors were made 2 days after we moved in, and 2 fell off on their own that same week. maintenance tries to do the bare minimum to get things done. management has gotten better, but still needs too improve. the mail room has been broken into, and isn't a safe spot. would not want my worst enemy to live here.
