Pearson Square

I absolutely love my apartment, the staff is understanding and professional. I would definitely recommend them to a friend. The construction noise and an annoying neighbor are manageable for the time being.

I want to thank all the staff who are part of the great Pearson Square team. They are excellent and make our stay here wonderful. They give their best to every activity they organize for us. God bless them.

Great so far. Everyone has been so engaging and helpful. It is not just a home but it’s a community. It’s like I’ve opened a door to a treasure trove of possibilities

I like living here; it's convenient to most places that I can walk to. Management is friendly and responsive to problems. Maintenance requests are a little slow to be addressed, but Bobby and David are great. Patty is also great. The water problem has been a pain. I hope it's fixed.

Very clean common areas. All services are working. Great concierge Patty. Sometimes secure garage doors broke so not so secure parking at times. Garage exhaust fans not working for a while now. Do not park in common area overnight you could get towed. I did.

Overall the community is quiet and well maintained, however the frequent water shutoffs and lack of hot water have be very inconvenient as well as the noise from upgrading other apartments. The noise can be mostly ignored if you don’t work from home, however, if you do it can be frustrating and inconvenient for any zoom or conference calls. The maintenance staff is very quick to respond to any apartment concerns and are friendly and pleasant. The leasing office also responds quickly to any questions and concerns. The location of the apartments is wonderful and super convenient.

It's been lovely not having a water outage for the last couple of weeks. Let's hope it continues. The communication seemed to have improved for a while; however, lately it has been lacking. I had a conversation with Jesse regarding guest parking and he offered to have Michael contact me on Monday. That was two weeks ago I've heard nothing. The recent food truck opportunity was announced 3 minutes prior to their arrival. While it appeared on the calendar in the elevator, it's so hard to read that my household doesn't make the effort. It's come to our attention that a food truck that used to come here won't any longer because the internal promotion of such was nonexistent. That's a shame. Communication is the key to connection and creating a true community. Why this is such a low priority is a mystery.

Love the apt and overall community. Only area of opportunity for me would be the continued cleanliness of the elevators. Given such a dog friendly area it’s important that the elevators are cleaned continuously of any “accidents” from dogs and also to ensure any poor odors are taken care of. Otherwise this is a great place!

Beautiful community & friendly & professional staff but the gym is tiny and sparse, constant noise from construction is disruptive and neighbors using the hallway as a scooter park for their children (I have reported this multiple times & nothing is being done) I am considering moving to a new apartment or location….. I work from home and all this noise is becoming unbearable.

Have raised both my kids while living at Pearson. We enjoyed living between two parks, creak, basketball and tennis courts, community pool and most of the employees.

First and foremost, I would like to express my satisfaction with our apartment. The space, design, and soundproofing have exceeded my expectations and have made my living experience enjoyable thus far. I am disappointed with the overall upkeep of the building and the lack of modern upgrades. In comparison to other apartment buildings in the city, PS lack amenities such as a updated gym, nice pool area with amble grills. Indoor lounge areas with TV’s, couches, tables, game tables, outdated gym.The pool's limited hours restrict its accessibility only open from 11-8pm. Morning hrs for adult only would be nice. Furthermore, there have been recurring issues with water and AC cuts, ongoing construction in the hallways, and maintenance issues with the garage doors and ceilings. The lack of cleanliness and prompt resolution of these issues has been concerning.

The trash smells so bad and the grill is old and needs upgrading. And cell service very limited in building, friends can never get service and constant dropped calls

Pearson Square is a nice place to live and is close to lots of shopping and restaurants. The apartment renovations look amazing and give new life to complex. A Whole Foods is coming soon and it’s walking distance which is a great added bonus this is already great neighborhood.

Overall, we have loved this community! Love the staff, the location, the outdoor amenities, and the units themselves. We have been going through a lot of renovations and improvements over the last couple of years and that can be an inconvenience at times, but management tries to be considerate and throws fun events to make up for it :)

Constant remodeling on multiple apartment homes and several water/air conditioning shut off days (9 hrs each day) over the past few months have made living here difficult. Not worth the high rental price to be dealing with no water, A/C, and loud construction noises - especially in the summer!

The water shut offs and breakdowns are excessive; the fact that Bozzuto continues to put bandaids on compound fractures shows a lack of consideration for the residents who are continuously inconvenienced. The garage doors continue to get stuck and frequent reporting of this security breach results in zero permanent action. Ignoring the residents' concerns doesn't go unnoticed

Like service with smiles!!! VERY friendly staff! The building is very quiet. I appreciate that our neighbors are very quiet. I really enjoy that there are children/teenagers among the residents! I also appreciate that there are so many interesting places to visit within walking distance.

Generally things are great at Pearson. Concierge are mostly very friendly and helpful. Love the pool and outdoor areas. Living area is ALWAYS well kept. Good amenities and activities. Feels like a community. Walkable downtown and local restaurants.

We have lived here December 26, 2023 and it has been such a wonderful experience. We are so happy we found these beautiful apartments. We most definitely recommend Pearson Square to friends family..

Super friendly leasing office professionals and a beautiful place to live! We have enjoyed living here so far and being close to a ton of amenities, all within walking distance.

Since i move here, everyone was and till amazing, from the manager, pattie i mean everybody, very professional.and always ready to help. The good thing about living here, is that you got everything around you, groceries.rest.you name it and your find it;hopefully are be here forever.

An older community, but it's great if you like it quiet. Space is kept up and facilities are nice. Front desk staff are super friendly which ultimately helped decide to go with this place

Nice units. Water gets shut off regularly , and the residents are without water for days(s). Bike was stolen at the property in the “secured” garage.

Everyone was amazing! Za’Jadah, Ms. Pattie & Jesse are true professionals, great genuine people who go above and beyond for the residents of Pearson Square. They made the entire experience go seemlessly without any hiccups. This community is the best decision I could have made. Thank you to all of the staff who made my move go smoothly.

We have been having a great experience at Pearson Square. Everything from the location to the people who work in the building have been wonderful and they are always working to improve the resident offerings.

Pearson is close to groceries, metro, restaurants, good public schools, parks, library and other entertainment. The apartments are later ge with plenty of sprayed space.

We just moved in and the staff couldn't be more accommodating and friendly. We've felt very welcome settling in here. We look forward to spending the rest of our time at Pearson and I'm sure will be sad to leave.

Wonderful walkable neighborhood close to shopping and great restaurants. Staff are all friendly and helpful and neighbors considerate. Great place for families as well as seniors and singles in this multigenerational building

I enjoy the neighborhood and our front desk staff is superior. Patty, Amy, Christine — all professional and personable. I do wish Bozzuto would pay for a life guard at the pool through the month of September. Advertised as a “luxury property” that would help define it as such, along with updated appliances and upgraded Verizon service.

Overall Pearson Square has been a positive experience. After a difficult situation was resolved with management, I have felt more positive moving forward and have enjoyed living here again. Things happen that aren’t ideal, but the key is to move on without resentment.

Office is extremely helpful and although today is the day my moving van comes they made arrangements last minute to get me a spot in the loading dock. It’s hard moving thousands of miles Pearson Square has made it easier.

Great next door neighbors on floor two! Loved our patio, large out door area. Clean hallways, lobby, dog park, gym and pool. A lot of construction all the time . Management is not very helpful at times. Rent increase is insane. Lots of leaks happen. Unit itself is pretty nice.

Still love the closet space. The concierge desk is always been delightful since moving in. I always feel safe living here with my son. We like the nearby basketball court. Working with the apartment itself for some small issues.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. It’s a nice and quiet community. The apartment is very well maintained and clean The maintenance department is very quick with resolving work orders in a timely manner

Very smooth move in process. The leasing office esp Za’Jadah has been so kind and accommodating. The building is a little older so appliances and surfaces levels have shown past tenant wears on the apartment. But everyone has been very welcoming here.

My girlfriend and I are enjoying Pearson immensely! Very kind and quiet community. Appliances are in good working order and the apartments are spacious!

Beautiful spacious apartments. I overlook a sparkling pool and comfortable courtyard. The common areas are well-kept and clean. Neighborhood is very nice. The staff are friendly and professional. All in all a very nice place to live.

Great location and staff is extremely helpful. Upgrades are continually being addressed such as hallway carpeting and painting. The maintenance staff is especially good.

We looked at a lot of apartments and are pleased with our layout, closets, location and the nice tenants and helpful staff. It is a very walkable location.

Everyone here is so kind and willing to help always and super positive. Only negative is the consistiant construction especially since I work from home.

I’d say 3.5 review - overall nice apartment complex. Annoying aspects are that elevators were / are broke often, water is often turned off for an entire day, limited guest parking spaces.

Apartments above had leak they needed to tear out my floor molding has been out and parts on my porch for over two weeks now. No date yet. Holes in lower wall to hallway where the floor boards would be. Elevators close to my apartment not working since I moved in 3 months ago.

I was really enjoying living at Pearson but lately there have been Too many maintenance issues, flooding, elevators out, bathroom issues. We just had a flood and our building made us have 5 industrial fans blowing in unit ripped up our carpet thyme instead of replacing it just stuck it back. The carpet feels nasty from the flood. Left our place a mess until I had to complain to the management

Great location, great staff. Family friendly neighborhood with access to local parks and shopping centers. My 4-stars instead of 5 stars, is because of building has some plumbing issues or elevators. Management staff reacts to these issues quickly to resolve, but sometimes it's a lot for such a new building.

The recent rent increase was a shock. It was neither fair nor reasonable. To be told that it is the responsibility of loyal residents to help Bozzuto make up for perceived Covid losses when in fact we moved in during the pandemic was disappointing. I appreciate staff reviewing the numbers and being able to bring the rent increase to within a reasonable bump, although on the high side of reasonable. Staff members remain friendly and responsive and always have a smile and ready to help in anyway they can. Being greeted by name, remembering specifics about residents seems to be a priority. Mitchell and Abbie will be missed.

As with any apartment, there have been inconveniences at times - namely loud repairs or things in need of repair - but overall, I have loved living here! The location is amazing if you want to be on a quiet street, but walkable to restaurants and stores. The amenities aren't fancy but are nice, the apartment units themselves are beautiful and spacious, the community is dog friendly, and I truly feel like the new management cares and is trying to make the resident experience better.

Great property, professional staff, convenient location, nice neighbors. There are two playgrounds nearby. Good school district. A lots of activities for kids.

Great location and spacious units. I am on a corner and there is a lot of light in the living space. Applicable are old and could use upgrading, especially the stove and the washing machine and dish washer which are loud when turned on. The staff is always friendly and helpful, 5 stars for them! Would be great if some of the side stair exits could have fob entrance as well for easier access to further units, especially with the prolonged elevator outage.
