Currently a resident do NOT WALK RUN from this place! The previous management was horrible and still have not gotten any better. If you have any concerns regarding unexpected charges on your rent. They will not answer your calls nor emails. Basically they will go ghost. They have changed the name to pease parkside now. Just like the other comments are stating we were out of gas and hot water for the whole winter. I had to stay with a friend to keep warm and have a hot shower. It started to get so bad I had to contact an attorney to know my rights as a tenant. I should have followed thru with breaking my lease and suing. All they did was provide a little discount off the rent for maybe 2 months. Which was only $100 or $200. When it started getting really cold. They asked if you would like to stay in an hotel or receive $200 off your rent. You could not pick both. The 3rd month you had to go back paying full rent the owners refused to provide free rent or another discount being they provided a discount two months prior. They also stated because they provided space heaters, gym memberships to take a shower and electric cooking burners. They could not provide anything else they have done enough. This place was on the news because of the gas and hot water situation. *I know I called them myself as well* The communal washers never work. You can definitely find something better. They are all about money and do not care at all about the residents. I have had the worst experienced

Don’t get me started. Management is HORRIBLE. Was without gas for MONTHS during winter with no hot water, no stove, no heat, and at one point neither water or power too!! A few hundred bucks off rent was their offer. Literally put on the news for how poor management it was. Not to mention it wasn’t a nice place that also required constant maintenance. Seriously just go somewhere else. The place I’m at now is beautiful and a way better price I can confidently say now it just isn’t worth it trust me.
I contacted Pease Parkside and expressed that I couldn't prove my income however I could prove sufficient savings. They said this would be fine and the apartment was mine. Waited on a lease for 2 weeks only to hear they were cancelling my application. I'm out $50 and my current lease ends in 2 and half weeks. Guess I have to find another option in that time. Don't trust them.
Should have been a great apartment, but everything broke and they took forever to fix it. We went over 65 days without GAS. No central heat, no oven, no stove. NO HOT WATER!!!! Yeah, it sucked. Sure they gave us electric heaters and an electric burner, yay! It sucked. No hot showers for over 2 months, but they discounted the rent a few hundred bucks. It was terrible, please avoid. They do a terrible job maintaining the place, renter beware.
Do not be fooled by the old ratings here. Most of the five stars are for the previous owner, Mr & Mrs Brown. They are the nicest managers in west campus. The place was sold to the Property Society. PLZ check out their ratings. The new management is awful. We were cut off internet for a month, and got not any reimbursement. Not even a weekly update. After that, they claimed that the internet issue had been temporarily fixed. However, for the following six months, internet breaks two or three times per month. If the internet breaks on Friday, we will have to wait for Monday so that it will get fixed. We asked about the issue, and they said that they will fix the issue in a couple of months!
