Flanked by the Little Miami River, Milford provides a terrific location -- close enough to Downtown Cincinnati that the 15-mile commute is easily tackled, but far enough away to develop its own identity. Milford has a long history, dating back to 1794 when a Revolutionary War veteran built a log cabin in the area. Long before that, it was the location of a Native American Village. The location of the former village is one of Clermont County's largest historical sites: the Gatch Site, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Its 75 acres have yielded some of the region's most important finds, including artifacts, campsites, and burials.
Milford's Main Street offers wide sidewalks, period lighting, historic architecture, and tree-lined streets. Residents can spend the afternoon window-shopping, browsing antiques, or having lunch at one of the cafes.

Property Ratings at Pebble Brooke Apartments
Been living here almost six years, zero complaints, love the manager.I also love my neighbors and the grounds and pool are beautiful. If need be you can walk to anywhere and have all your needs met, highly recommend anyone living here.
Excellent place to live. the apartment is spacious. quiet neighborhood
Clean atmosphere, respectable units, the staff was like family. Great place over all.
I currently live here and they didn’t open the pool on time(memorial day weekend) they finally opened it at the end of June, mind you I’ve lived here for almost 3 years and this is the first time the pool’s been open. I understand during Covid it was closed but even now that it’s open every other day they come up with some excuse of why the pool is closed. As far as the playgrounds go currently the kids aren’t allowed to play on them because they’re so old the slides are broken and unsafe to use. The basketball court is also closed due to someone breaking the backboard. The parents around here don’t watch their kids so these kids do whatever they want. There’s usually trash everywhere and the manager’s are rude. Every other week there sending out text messages to the residents telling them they can’t have this or that on there porches as well as you can’t have any broken blinds or you’ll be charged for them. They have nice apartments but the management sucks and the grounds are trashy.
I'm looking for an apartment and I called and asked to schedule a tour - and was almost immediately hung up on. That's garbage customer service and I wouldn't want to live in a place that does that.
Very helpful, helped me get in , more then they had to, definitely recommend..
I have lived here for two years and it’s the best apartment community I’ve lived in so far. It’s a really nice area, no crime. The apartments are clean and kept up to date. The staff is great. I’ve never had an issue with maintenance. The few times I’ve needed them, they’re always prompt and courteous. I’ve noticed this winter especially, management is quick to alert guests of possible hazards and reminders for safety. They are very prompt in clearing snow and salting for ice. I noticed ice in the walkway and told them and they were out fixing it within a half hour. The rent is decent for it being in a nice area of Milford and the quality of the apartment. It’s right behind Meijer which is super convenient.
Rent is too high. They never fix anything. They have mold problems. The pet rent is a scam for money. They charge $35 a month pet rent which is crazy. The roads in this place are filled with huge craters. The list goes on...

This apartment complex was by far the best my children and I lived in. Maintenance was very quick to fix anything that needed to be fixed, the office staff was always friendly and professional, and the amenities were awesome we would have stayed another year if we weren't starting a house hunt. I love the area and the accessibility of the shops, dining and work.
