Property Ratings at Pebble Creek
These apartments are about 50 years old, I moved up the street and got a bigger place w/ a washer and dryer for $65 mornth and it was built in 2019. The laundry room prices at pebble creek are way too high for an apartment complex. The pool hasn’t been open since 2019 (too cheap to pay a lifeguard) good luck getting anything fixed here. My A/C went out twice in the summer on a Friday and had to wait until Monday to get it fixed. Bathroom wallpaper peeled immediately after moving in and in 5 years they never came to fix it. Also my electric was always really high in the summer, I guess it’s just harder to keep an older apartment cool compared to newer? My biggest pet peeve was after I moved in I came home to my bedding in a ball, I felt violated. After numerous ignored text and calls to the office they finally admitted they were checking for bed bugs because the previous tenant had them. I’m doubtful if there were still bed bugs that they’d own up to it or pay for the service and replace my furniture. I was young and dumb when I moved here, now o realize how I was selling myself short and how much my quality of life had improved by living somewhere nicer. I can’t recommend anyone enough to stay the hell away from this place.
I have lived here almost 7 years, The staff is honest, informed and caring about the well being of their customers, Prices are great and condition of property is excellent, Grounds are ALWAYS maintained, Clean and free of trash, Landscaping always trimmed and well maintained, Maintenance is always fast and spot on with a resolution to what ever was needed, Heating, air conditioning and hot water has always worked flawlessly without a single outage, That's proper maintenance! My stay here has been extremely comfortable, My Town home was in perfect condition and order with up to date appliances, Cabinets and flooring. The Office staff treats you like family, if I had questions they had correct answers and Always polite and pleasant to meet, I can recall no problems or issues with any aspect of my unit and I am only moving due to a work promotion otherwise I would stay another 20 or 30 years. In short you cannot go wrong here, the location is really central, the comfort level is high and I've had an all around top shelf experience and would recommend this complex to anyone want to live in this area
Lived at Pebble Creek for three years. They never fix anything and then charge you an arm and a leg when you move out. These people there are crooks. Beware!
They dont value there own terms of agreement, when you get evicted, no questions or phone calls are given to sought out the problem at hand, no extensions what so ever. If you get evicted, basically they dont make it there problem, just another tenant lost and an open home to another sucker. Ps, money is the only language they speak, terrible communication skills and not enough sympathy. Cold and money hungry!
if you are looking for apartments, find another place, Pebble Creek is just a big mess, if you got any problem, they just do not care at all, they will write on a notebook, but you are going to keep your maintenance problems, also if they go over your apartment to fix something can damage your furniture and appliances and then just sorry. Also there is vandalism, the parking lot is not safe and the hallways smell awful
The past twelve years serving in the United States Army, from age 18 to 30, I experience living stateside and overseas. I lived in Japan, Germany, Iraq, Kuwait for the amount of time overseas to locations such as Fort Campbell, Fort Bliss for time being stateside. During the duration, I lived within barracks and tents. As I separated from the Army, I finally got the chance to have my own apartment I can call home. Living in the city like Louisville, I can enjoy the peacetime of the city life and moving around using public transportation. My apartment complex is quiet and all the tenants keeps to themselves. All I can say for others soon to be getting apartments of their own is to continue to appreciate the space and time they have, as well save money cause it can all go up in smoke..... I know.
