Located eight miles west of Mile Square, Indianapolis’ bustling city center, is the mostly residential neighborhood of Key Meadows. Renters will find that most of Key Meadow’s rental options are conveniently situated between two main roads, Interstate 74 and Highway 136. Many of these apartments have great views of large ponds and the Eagle River that flows through the area.
While Key Meadows is just steps away from Downtown Indianapolis’ great attractions, restaurants, boutiques, and shopping centers, the neighborhood itself has great amenities such as Ben Davis Park which provides residents with greenspace and ball fields. Right outside of Key Meadows are several retail stores, grocers, and restaurants.

Property Manager at Pebble Point, Responded To This Review
Steven, Thank you so much for your kind words regarding the office and maintenance team. We really appreciate you taking the time out to share your experience with us. Sincerely Tracy Burton, Community Manager
I’m a young kid, really had no experience owning my own place. Or at least having one to myself that is. And with pebble point they have been working with me all the way through it, I wish I would’ve been able to sit down with them a little more to talk about the move in kinda one on one but I caught them at a weird time. In other words, 4.8 stars. amazing quality of hospitality
I do not recommend this place the current manage Rebecca needs to be fired. They don’t solve anything. Moved in and my a/c wasn’t working for 5 days, in the winter time my heat was not working. I had to light the fire place and have a space heater down stairs in order to survive. The a/c didn’t blow through the vents at all in my sons room they told me that’s the way their were build and their old so I dealt with that the whole summer. The washer and dryer broke several times, the crew even left the old one in my backyard smh. Major ant problem both side of my neighbors also complained about that and the lack of venting upstairs. One neighbors house got robbed, several of them out there. Went to the office about suspicious activity and I shunned away then asked to come speak at the neighborhood watch lol once it was confirmed people house were broken into. The office have their whole family living out there so the office is never open during business hours, or the managers kids and husband is in the office during business hours. It has really went down since I lived there years ago as a teen. And lived in their other property acrossed the street for three years prior. Really sad they need to shake that office up.
I was starting to get frustrated looking for a place before relocating to Indy. By chance I made a call to Pebble Point and Stacy scheduled a viewing for me right away. Stacy was very knowledgeable about the property and answered all of my questions. Rebecca was great at explaining all that the property has to offer all while handling the paperwork quickly and professionally. Once I moved in I noticed that the bathtub facet was dripping. Rebecca scheduled the maintenance and it was fixed the next day. Being on the 1st floor I was worried that I would bothered by noise from the neighbors. That’s not the case, the property is pretty solidly built and my neighbors are very considerate. The property is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants which makes getting things done quick and easy. So if you’re in the market for a new place to call home, make sure to checkout Rebecca and Stacy at Pebble Point. D.S.
I've been living in Pebble Point for about a year and just signed a lease for a second year. The thing I really enjoy about the location is that its just far enough away from the city that you can enjoy a quiet night in, but still close enough to the city that you can be close to the action in minutes. I love the staff. They are always super helpful and fast to respond to any issues I've had. They plan lots of get togethers and neighborhood parties throughout the year. I've looked at a lot of places to live in and around Indy and for the price, service and location, you can't beat Pebble Point.
I have lived in my apartment for almost five years. The apartments were built in the 80s but in good condition. Whenever I have a maintenance request, it is completed with in 24 hours. The management is also very helpful. I like that the one bedroom apartments are separated from the two bedroom and town homes. If you are single, it eliminates children from playing near your street.
I really liked it here when I first moved in. The place was a huge step up from where o was before, tons more space, washer and dryer included, and the office staff were really nice. The property manager was so sweet, this co.plex is big with lots of people living here, be she always remembered me. the property is old but when I first moved in the maintenance staff were really top of things and so nice. Then the management changed, and things changed. My rent was raised every year, noone cared how long i had lived here or how good of a tenant I had been. The grounds now look horrible, lights are left out, repairs are neglected. And the management are impossible to talk to. They just raised me rent again. . .and I know have to decide whether I can afford it. . .or if I can find a new place by the time my rent is up in October.
not bad area pretty clean, the apartments are descent size
