Property Ratings at Pebblebrook Apartment Homes
I lived here for a year and everything about this place was amazing. The staff were always friendly, the residents are friendly and easy to talk to. They put on events like free hot chocolate in winter and a walking taco bar in the summer. Their maintenance team is amazing and I never had to wait more than 24 hours for something to be fixed even if it was a small problem. I would recommend this place to anybody and everybody!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. It is truly touching to know you think so highly of us! We truly value your recommendation and are confident we can continue to provide excellent service in the future. Sincerely, the Pebblebrook team
Staff was unfriendly and incompetent. Walls are paper thin. I would not move back for anything.
People come back to Pebblebrook. When I first visited, I was greeted warmly by the leasing agent, who was helping a returning tenant apply after several years out of state. That was a sign. There were more, big and little things: the fridge had an ice maker, in-unit washer/dryer, lots of parking, short walk to mailbox. And most units don't have sliding glass doors so they stay warm in winter and cool in summer! After I moved in, it got better. Turnaround on service requests is usually a day or two, and they're done right the first time because the staff (clubhouse and maintenance) truly cares about what they do. I called to say an appliance had a broken gasket. "Sorry, that part's been discontinued...when can we schedule replacing the whole unit with a new one?" Also, it's near two of the busiest streets in the metro area, but you barely hear the traffic. Whenever I get curious and look online for a better place nearby--there isn't one for the price or the amenities. It's like finding out I live in the best place in town every time. And everyone knows where I am without needing a map!
One of my biggest concerns while apartment shopping was the amount of noise. i realize that there are things that might seem more important but if you cannot sleep or feel safe within your home what good is it? While the area is a buzz right near 95th and metcalf the actual apartment complex is very calm and quiet. My building is right next to the club house, the pool, and the work out room all of which i should use more! parking is sometimes a pain because of guests of the complex but i am very spoiled so not parking right in front of my building drives me crazy. i have to walk a whole extra 10 feet. The apartment itself is small the 500 sqft option but it is appropriate for just me. The large island in the kitchen takes care of the need for dining furniture and is very useful while cooking. Storage space is limited to the walk-in closet/ washer dryer and the outside closet so being organized is important in such a small space. I have had such a great experience with the maintenance staff!!! they are so quick to address problems no matter how often i call, from replacing bulbs in the bathroom to a new screen door. The one issue i have had with the complex is something that affects me because of my work schedule. I don't head to work until 10:30am and alot of the work they do on the building and landscape starts much earlier then that and they never give notice when these things are going to be happening. The day they replaced the stairs heading up to the upper level apartments (where i live) i didn't know it would be happening till i heard Horrible banging noises and my entire apartment shaking. Like i said quiet is important to me and my neighbors respect that..the complex on the other hand thinks that everyone goes to work at 8am. Overall i would , and have, suggest living in the pebble brooke apartments to many of my friends and clients! Lovely staff, great grounds, appropriate pricing, and excellent location!
