All of the reviews are true (good and bad) unfortunately my experience has not been good at all. I had bed bugs the first week I moved in but they came and treated my apartment twice. Now I have roaches (baby ones, medium ones but no water bugs) yes there is a difference. They have come in and bombed, sprayed and put gel in cabinets but nothing helps. It’s disgusting and nerve-racking. My complaints fall upon deaf ears I guess. I complained about my ac not blowing in my bedrooms or bathroom. It barely blew cold air out of the two vents in the kitchen. It couldn’t keep up with the heat outside so the unit ran all day and all night just to get my apartment down to 73-74 degrees. And because of that my electric bill was around $300 each month. Not to mention I chose not to cook because the temperature would get even hotter in the apartment. So we grilled most of the time, but had to buy our own propane tank because they were always empty. Never in my life have I had so many issues with one apartment. The office ladies are very sweet and professional and honestly what sold me on the whole apartment complex. Maintenance guys are normal I have nothing bad to say about them. But I will never refer these apartments or landlord company to anyone. I will NOT renew here because I was ready to go after the first 60 days. I’ve tried to see the positive side but honestly I can’t. Nobody deserves to live like this, with roaches and bugs and pay for them on top of it all. The disrespect smh

I moved to Pecan Creek back in 2013, stayed there for 5 years and moved out. Then moved back in 2019 and I still a resident here. The neighborhood is very nice and you have everything you need near by. ?

they are refusing to do any service to my apartment in the way of replacing my dishwasher it's been almost a year now do not move here it is the new slum
Have had nothing but issue’s since day one. The day I moved in was during the summer, and my AC was not working. It was over 100 outside and it was 90 inside my apartment. It stayed this way for 3 days until they could fix it. I will say the Maintenance does try to help if they can (Sergio is the best) but there are just a lot of foundation/central air system issues. They shower knob was broken causing very little shower pressure, but that was later fixed. There are mice which I have seen in my apartment once or twice but you can hear them running across the ceiling at night. I am not a dirty person by ANY means but just the thought of seeing one twice grosses me out. For a one bedroom apartment I have never paid more than $100 for my electric bill, but with the older units they have and the way the cooling vents are set, you can expect to pay $100 during the winter and $200 during the summer for you electric. IDK why it runs so high here but it does and there is nothing they can do about it. I have gotten new neighbors above me who run and jump causing my ceiling ran to shake, and pictures to be off centered, and the office has yet to do anything about it. All in all, I’m glad my lease is up because I am ready to get out of here!

The office management is horrible. Worst level of service I have ever received. The people that run the office don’t understand that tenants are customers. They refuse to work with you on any situation that may arise. If something comes up all they say is “ Well that’s our policy.” If you rent here be sure to save the corporate office number, because you are going to need it, since it’s the only way to get anything done. I had to complain and that I didn’t receive my renewal notice, and the assistant manger said “Maybe the wind blew it away.” You will not be treated with courtesy or respect at this complex. Everything is the tenants fault. Beware! As well the office hours constantly vary. The website states 8:30am but typically they open after 9am. The leasing agent however, is a complete opposite of the management. He is polite, courteous and willing to work with you. He needs to be made manager of this place.
Call the emergency phone number for a service call. No response. Was sleeping with no heat for two weeks. One night I had to sleep in a jacket, then when I told the manager bout the issue. She told me that if I wanted to I could come get a new vent from the office when ever. They don’t know how to take care of a furnace or even seems like to cheap to make a call to an a/c contractor to come fix it. Was just told that the heater was on a 2 min delay. So I was like ok then,so took two pic to show them the 2 min difference. Then was told oh that’s not how it works. When the temp didn’t move at all. Don’t rent here unless you want to take care of your own problems around the apt
Really can't say enough good things about living here. Staff has been awesome. Maintenance has been awesome. Have handled any problems I have had within 24 hours. Because of this I renewed my lease for another year. Thanks to everybody
I have lived here almost a year. I love the peaceful quite property and the maintenance staff is wonderful. However the front office is horrid. They never answer the phone and take their time getting back to any voicemail's, continuously come in late to the office and always close early making it hard to get in contact with them. Once you live here you are not a top priority.
Dustin is very nice and very informative. I went in inquiring about the community and applied. He takes his time with potential renters and makes sure its the apt choice you want out of the available units. Love the new upgrades to the units and the view over the lawn!!! It is a very peaceful place to live.
Very clean and well maintained. People in the office are very polite and took good care of us.
My wife and I have lived at Pecan Creek Apartments since 2014. We love it here. The complex itself is older but the advantage is there are beautiful shade trees everywhere. Unlike the typical complex this property is blessed with tons of extra parking spaces, large open grass spaces and two well maintained pools. When this property was built they spread things out. Now they build complexes to get the most apartments in the space they possibly can. The landscaping and maintenance staff do a great job of keeping everything updated. A new company bought the property a few months ago and we were concerned that they would not take care of the property like the previous owners had. As it turns out they are investing much more to make everything better. When we moved in there was no fitness center, right now they are finishing up a large, brand new, fitness center fully equipped with all the latest equipment and a couple of TV’s. The old owners would not even allow staff to receive UPS or FedEx packages for residents, but now they do. In fact the new staff is very friendly and helpful and any maintenance issues are resolved right way.
I have been living here for 5 months now and have had a great experience thus far. The complex has been having new renovations done, but I've always been notified in advance. Though I've had my share of maintenance requests, but the management staff has been nothing but professional and courteous to me whenever I've had any issues. Even while working full time and never at home during office hours, they have gone above and beyond for any requests I've had.
I have lived in several apartment complexes over the years and I chose Pecan Creek for the location, convenience, staff, and quaint community. Yes, there has been change in ownership/ management but I have found them nothing but professional, prompt to respond to emails and service requests. While I had an issue with my hot water heater over a weekend, Jana handled the call very professional and promptly. Received call from maintenance within minutes. Repairs completed and I appreciate them. Thank for what you do and it is really appreciated.
Pecan Creek is a nice and quiet complex with renovations. The renovated units with backsplash, black appliances and wood floors look great! Management/office ladies have always been responsive, helpful, friendly and handle requests in a timely manner and the maintenance guys do a great job of fixing any issues. I see people complaining about bugs and stuff, which is ridiculous. I have a dog, and do not have flea problems. If you have ants or roaches, try cleaning your apartment. Common sense people. This place is a great place to live. Help keep it that way! The property is maintained and always looks presentable. Even where the dumpsters are, you rarely if ever, see junk just piling up. The parking situation is ideal as well. Residents have parking stickers and there are designated visitor parking spots so you don't have to park 3 buildings down from your unit. The location is great too! Lots of GOOD restaurants, bars, grocery stores and shopping within minutes! And you're right in the middle of Dallas and Ft Worth. I'd highly recommend checking this place out if you're looking to make a move.
The complex was bought by US Residential and took over earlier this year. The staff is VERY rude, the manager is never in when you go to speak with her, and they are raising everyone's rent. Their "upgrades" include putting up a backsplash and a fence and calling it a dog park. It doesn't change the fact that there is no AC vent in the living room, covered parking, fitness center, or dumpsters on the south side of the complex.
I have lived in several apartment complexes in Bedford and Euless - this is by far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. All of my neighbors have said the same. We are breaking our lease just to get out of here. If you like no air conditioning (works for maybe 1 month at a time) and leaky pipes (we have constant water spots that they PAINT OVER TO FIX from the apartment above ours) bugs (even though they spray apartments when asked) and maintenance requests that take 8 hours to even get a call back from staff... then look no further! Save yourself the trouble- these apartments are getting a facelift but that does not hide the problems with rude Management/staff and the AC/pipes issues.
The greatest apartment complex of the HEB area quite, clean apartment manager is always willing to come in to fix whatever need to be don on time no bugs trash area stay clean picked up ground area are clean and maintain upgrade through out the property hands down best place to live
Great management. Very responsive and willing to help with your requests. The nicest apartment I have seen in its price range. Kitchen is big for an apartment of this square footage. Everything you need is within 5 minutes plus easy access to 121.
