An hour north of Austin and just 36 miles south of Waco, Temple is a wonderful place for the whole family in Texas. Just east of Belton Lake, Temple offers lake views and aquatic outdoor recreational opportunities. They are always friendly I feel safe living here with the kids. School in walking distance. Not a brand new place like some of the ones being built nearby but the price is great and it’s homey.

Do not move here. It is not worth the headache. The front office staff is less than mediocre maintenance requests aren't followed because they rather just conjure together in the middle of the street and talk than doing work orders.

They will charge you for every possible thing once you move out. Do not stay here. They have one of the worst management at pecan pointe since Dec. 2017.
"A Relaxing Place to Call Home"... I beg to differ with their motto. I've been a tenant going on my second year now and it was great up until September 2017. As a loyal tenant I made a call to the office to make a formal complaint regarding our upstairs noisy neighbors (now when I say noisy I mean NOISY, not a little tap tap... more like a BANG BANG - STOMP STOMP, pictures going crooked and lights flickering), and also waking up my baby. Their response was... "I'm sorry, we will call them and give them a verbal warning." The next time we called in regarding the NOISE, they advised us that tenants upstairs had a mark against them and they would call again. Another time we called the office about the upstairs neighbors being LOUD, the office advised us to make a police report. Another time when we called, the office gave us an option to move to another unit. FAST FORWARD to March, nothing as been resolved. -The only reason they have 2 Star is because maintenance is great!
Slow maintenance combined with the lack of communication between office members and management makes for never being able to get anything repaired or replaced. Took a literal 3 months to get a working dryer in our apartment because of lack of communication and straight incompetence. Ended up there were bird's nests in the vent that we kept telling them was clogged over and over again because it took multiple cycles (6-7) to dry the clothes and our electricity bill was 5x more because of the issue(s). Blew out two dryers before they hired someone to come and professionally clean the vents and they ended up cleaning the wrong apartment! We cancelled our lease and paid the early termination fee with the last month's rent - yet two months later they still don't know how to credit my account the check they cashed and I even supplied them with a copy of the cashed check as proof yet my online account still shows delinquent and I am now accruing late fees. They will not respond when I inquire where my security deposit is (by telephone, their website or email or even written letter) even though we have pictures and video proving we left the apartment in better condition than we rented it. We only lived here 3 months because I could not tolerate the straight lack of professionalism and their office has such a high turnover rate good luck explaining anything to a new person every time you have an issue and visit the office. The front gate was broken every other day and every time it did open and close it was a loud screeching noise and I mean so loud it woke up my children at night. The jacuzzi and grill worked maybe 10% of the time we were there. There were cockroaches even with pest control and we are meticulous and clean people - guess that's what you get in dirty unkempt facilities. Please Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. GOOD RIDDANCE!
An apartment home two bedroom,balcony with two bathes and plenty of storage space including a one car garage with good amount of storage space. This is situated in a park like Texas pecan tree environment. The area has excellent schools,safe and close to new homes and parks. This beautiful apartment is in a gated community. You all would enjoy living here. BON APARTMENT!
