Property Ratings at Pecos Gardens Apartments
Here is what to expect from Pecos Garden Apartments, a GB property: Do expect to watch where you walk, because there is always broken glass and dog poop everywhere. Do expect washers and dryers to be out of service or broken, and forget about them getting fixed in a timely manner. Do expect your neighbors to potentially keep you up until 1 or 2 am playing music that can be heard down the halls and in your apartment. Nothing will get done about it, so hopefully they play good music. Do expect absolutely ZERO communication. Don’t call or email, your issues won’t be addressed. Do expect to have work orders deleted or marked completed and have your stuff still not fixed. Do expect to be overcharged, so look at your rent statement EVERY month. But don’t contact them, because they won’t respond to you. They will text you from some undisclosed location and tell you your rent is due but tell you that you should call the office if you have an issue. But again, they WON’T respond so don’t bother. Not all the neighbors are bad, don’t get me wrong, but the management needs some major improvements. The other washer was in use but shredded a comforter of mine because the machine drum was flying around. It’s broken but people seem to keep using it like that. I guess none of us expect it to be fixed and whoever broke it doesn’t care that the rest of the building has to use the washers too.
