I just moved into the property beginning of March and so far it’s been lovely. The management was so accommodating with the move in and lease signing process and have helping with a few small repairs I needed finished up from the new renovation. My daughter is exciting for the pool season also.
The management dept is well on top of their game. Super friendly and they keep the place clean. I pay my rent, and they do what they need to do!
Can't get ahold of anyone. When you do, they aren't nice nor are they concerned with getting work done in a timely manner. Dirty overall complex. People in the hallways at all hours, ones who definitely don't live there. They have a pool but it's never been open/safe to use. Fake reviews to make their rating higher. And you can tell by the same use of words and time they were submitted.

They’re probably removing and also adding fake reviews (see how most of them are around the same times), they never fix things no matter how many times you go to their office (they will act friendly and promise they will, only for months to go by and still nothing).. and some of the employees are simply rude i wish i was being extra but unfortunately I’m not.. they also have roaches and a huge mold problem that they’re very much aware about just nasty!!

The entire Staff are friendly and that they always greet you with a smile. The facilities and environment are kept clean every day. Maintenance are very quick an accommodating. I will surely recommend this to my friends and families since it felt like home. Its a quiet and safe place where I was able to relax my time. Will definitely go back here!!

I've been a tenant at bluegrass since it's been pegasus Place. I have not had any issues but minor issues. Ms Sabrina has been awesome and helpful the whole time she is missed truly. The New Staff Jonathan and Shkila are awesome and helpful i really appreciate the position and helpful characters they have being new and talking came be challenging. Just wanted to say i appreciate you guys and look forward to renewing my lease next year. Thanks for then improvement and hard work.
Office closes at random times of day without notice. Staff is unprofessional and has been incredibly rude. Roaches and mold. There is also a homeless guy that lives in my building under the stairs. Trash all over the complex. Appliances constantly breaking. Issues with plumbing. Seriously the worst place ever to rent from.
This place is horrible do not rent there. I lived there, Ik how it really is. Do not rent there. Should be the last place to rent or not even on your list.
Roach motel, mold in the ceiling There were roaches coming from the neighbor. Mold growing in the ceiling above the shower. They came and looked at it and said that there wasn’t any. I could smell it and it was visible. They painted over it instead of cutting out the mold. Then it popped back through then when I gave them a 14 day notice they cut the ceiling out and it was wet in the ceiling. They need to tear that place down
Roaches everywhere. We tried everything to kill them. It was time to go!!!
I lived here from 2014-19. I lived on the bottom floor & I didn't have that much of a roach problem. I'd see them every so often. Maybe one or two a week. They would come from a neighbor across the hall. They say there's a fitness center but there isn't. I had a lot of room for a one bedroom. The only that I hated was having an A/C unit in the wall. They need to leave the 1900's & upgrade to the new style, ductless units.

Had the ceiling in my shower come down on my head because of bad upkeep. Cops circled around every week. The building was infested with roaches AND bed bugs. And shady business practices. Don’t lease with them the worse was at the end.

Apartments are spacious for the price but that’s really the only redeeming factor of these apartments. Management is not coordinated or prepared. Bugs are everywhere. They threaten to fine you and not renew your lease for not letting exterminators in to your apartment on a weekday with less than 12 hours notice and a time range of 9 am to 5 pm Painting and repairs were done with no regard to workmanship(paint all over the floors, walls, appliances) There was still wet paint when I moved in that they failed to mention to me

DO NOT RENT AT THIS PLACE!!!! Our bathroom Ceiling caved and they refused to fix it over a year. Its probably still not fixed. We had to leave! THEY HAVE A LARGE ROACH PROBLEM. This place should be condemned and taking over by the government. It is bad. DO NOT RENT AT THIS PLACE!!!!!

Don't ever rent from this place. Between the bugs, unorganized staff, and management not being able to keep good maintenance staff, my experience being a tenant was the worst i have ever had. During the year i lived there I witnessed 2 domestic disputes an ICE raid, and with in my first month living there, I had to live with a leaking window unit that ended up causing mold to grow in the wall. Not to mention the property is in disrepair and is not well up kept. I was billed wrongly 3 times by the office staff due to them being unorganized. I do NOT recommend rent from this property and many other people would back me up on that statement. Not to mention, the company that owns the property does not list a phone number on their website! if that doesn't say bad business, I don't know what will!

Do not move here, the people are rude and have an attitude problem. Left and will not be coming back or EVER recommend to move here. When pest control comes there is a fine threat at your door. Can't find a parking space. Don't move here and give them your hard earned money to have them be rude to you when you question their fines. They will charge you a huge amount of money for damages they knew were before you were there or will charge you for something you asked them to come fix. And they also leave ILLEGAL fines at your door. They sent us a threat if we contact outside maintenance which is illegal, and they didn't mention that by law if we do we can have it deducted from that months rent. They need to clean house, fire Stephanie (the manager) and everyone else in the office.
I am supposed to move out next month. They charged me a late fee twice for missing payments that I made three or four days after the due date. I had a roach and rodent problem the whole twelve months I been here. My roommate moved out on me within a month and a half after we signed the lease. She didn't have to pay a single dime on any of this. I had several problems that were not fixed. I don't feel comfortable paying another month because i think they will keep my deposit. Never had any trouble out of the five places I've rented till now. This was the worst. I will never recommend this to anyone and if anyone can help me get a hold of corporate or home office or a lawyer that can fix this, please give me information. I got pictures of the roaches I've killed and how clean my place is. This was a nightmare and so are the staff.
DO NOT COME HERE TO LIVE. YOU WILL REGRET IT. IT IS NASTY, THEY DO NO CLEANING. WE HAVE BEEN WITHOUT WATER SINCE SUNDAY 7/9/17 AND STILL DO NOT HAVE WATER TODAY (7/10/17). CANNOT USE THE RESTROOM, SHOWER, BRUSH TEETH ETC. I HAD TO MISS WORK TODAY BECAUSE I COULD NOT GET CLEANED UP. THE OWNERS AND MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE IN JAIL. THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND CODE ENFORCEMENT SHOULD SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. THEY HAVE REMOVED THE GUTTER SYSTEM OFF THE BUILDINGS, HAD INCHES OF WATER IN MY APARTMENT AFTER THE LAST RAIN. IT IS BAD FOR YOUR MENTAL HEALTH TO LIVE HERE. I AM BEGGING YOU NOT TO COME HERE. I WOULD NOT WANT ANYONE TO LIVE HERE.

ROACH INFESTED dangerous and disgusting everything online is a lie no amenities. management is rude and almost non existant. shooting every month in parking lot unqualified. ppl run it nothing works over priced worst place iv ever lived more roaches. and bugs than iv ever seen in my life ...truth!!!
Truthfully, I haven't had any REAL big problems with this complex. My biggest complaint is that management is always sending out threats of fines if you don't comply with what the letter is requesting which always has something to do with someone entering your apartment for inspection. It seems like they spray for bugs every 2 weeks and I've lived here 1.5 and have never had an issue with bugs and maybe that's because they spray so often, I'm not sure but either way it's almost always a guarantee that after the pest control person leaves your apartment, you will receive a follow up letter stating that the management is going to do a walk through to make sure your apartment is meeting standards. This is NOT the housing authority. I pay rent monthly to live here. So note to management, unless you think something illegal is going down in someone's apartment.... Live and let live. Oh and stop wasting your money on landscaping and worry about updating the stinky hallways!
I lived there in the 80's -early 90's and it was nothing like this...was wyngate then...it was going down hill then and they hired a man I think his name was Eric...can't hardly remember for sure....but that man came in...fired the entire maintenance staff and hand picked 2 more men then in less than 6 months he had that place packed with renters...everyone there praised him and his crew...no matter the problem ...work orders were done the day you called the office and if not...earla.m. The next day...you guys need to find him and make him an offer he can't refuse or your going to go bankrupt ....I think he still lives in the area and no sought he has to be doing maintenance.... Look him up and let him do it again for you...he should be in his 50's now and with even yet a lot more experience... I would move back there in a minute if he was there again and at no time was there any bad reviews...EVER....so if you want people to Bragg and not nagg....FIND THAT MAN
I would not waste your money here!! My boyfriend and I moved in while I was pregnant because we were desperate to find a place within our budget. We had heard bad reviews but we were told they were taken over by a new managemnet so maybe things had changed! They are absolutely awful. Maintenance is very rude and disrespectful. They take forever to get things done. One of our windows broke while we were simply trying to close it and they made us wait a month DURING WINTER to fix it. Don't even bother complaining to the office about maintaince either. All they will do is "write it in their work order" and it just gets pushed aside. Bottom line, no matter how desperate you are keep looking! This place is not worth the trouble and I cannot wait until our lease is up! Side note, I wouldn't give them any stars for their rating but I cannot post this comment without rating them so they only get one star.
Do not waste your money on this place!! The management here is the absolute worst and so is maintenance. We had a problem with our toilet running constantly, took 5 weeks to get it fixed!! They would come out and rig it to work for a couple flushes and it would break again. Finally after 5 weeks a different guy that knew what he was doing came out and fixed it. Took literally 3 mins to fix. Also, when you contact management about a problem you're having, they will laugh in your face. Extremely rude and unprofessional group running this place. They threaten to fine you for doing the simplest things. Visitors are supposed to park on the other side of the parking lot (not right next to the building) and if they don't park in the right spot they will "fine" them. Yet they have people come (painters, window installers, etc) and they will take up every parking spot and block the front door. The buildings constantly stink and there are bugs EVERYWHERE!! The smell gets worse when it rains. Oh, and there's mold in the apartments. I could go on and on about how terrible this place is!! Seriously, you don't want to call this place "home".
