From start to finish four stars ?? ?? ?? ?? The office is on it with communication and the building staff is professional and knowledgeable.
Community is good. Liked it so far. Easy to commute to work places and other groceries stores. Friendly staff and maintenance team. Nice to have gym.
It's great community I loved the place and most and we have trail to walk around the community and swimming pool and one of my favorite is gym
It was a pleasure to deal with the leasing office staff and the lease agreement went smoothly. This community looks like a nice place to live and I am looking forward to a pleasant and long stay here.
I really love living here. It’s easy going and the apartment staff are great. I just wish my neighbors knew how to throw trash away properly. It’s gross by the only dumpster on our side of the complex.
Property is well maintained and in an awesome location to a lot of amenities. Maintenance team is one of the best we've seen, Angelo has been very responsive to maintenance requests. Utmost professionalism and respect offered by this team.
Facilities are consistently inspected, proactively maintained, and maintenance requests are always responded to in a prompt and professional manner
Awesome location - access to many bike trails(Sammamish river trail and SR 520 bike trail etc), close to town center, SR 520. Spacious rooms. Great staff.
Great neighborhood, great experience! Close to everything, plenty of free parking and nice updated apartments. I love the pool in the summer time.
My wife and I have been living here for 5 years now and just wanted to get a few things off my mind: -Be prepared for a noisy experience, whether it's your upstairs neighbors' 12 year-old running, jumping off furniture and playing soccer daily or the maintenance people running a leaf blower 3ft from your bedroom window to clear leaves from the closed pool area at 8am all winter. -Wife's car got stolen from in front of our apartment. When the police showed up, they said that it was the 5th vehicle stolen from our property in the last few months. Mail boxes are also broken into and the office says they have toyed with the idea of maybe installing a camera, possibly. -When we moved in, the pool, spa and gym area was open 24/7. Since Covid, the spa and gym are only open till 9 and not on weekends because the office guy locks them before going home. The BBQ is never clean and rarely has propane. -Maintenance is a crap-shoot. We had a great guy for a while, but recently it's been a couple of guys with no common sense. A week ago they knocked once then came into our apartment claiming that we had been emailed a notice of intent to inspect all the apartments. Once my wife explained that no email had been sent, they left. Later that week, they did send an email about inspections and proceeded to not show up. -The property management company does nothing except raise the rent annually. Our balcony wall and the fence behind our building are rotting away and the fence has big sections missing. Maintenance says the property company doesn't want to pay to fix it. -All around the surrounding streets, brand new apartments are being constructed and being rented for only a little more than these 40 year-old units which; again, they keep raising the rent on annually. -The last three days, there's been a crew cutting down half of the trees on the property. All the trees seemed healthy and in no way a threat to any cars or buildings. -Neighbors will completely ignore you. Could be a cultural thing, but whenever my wife or myself have said hello or good afternoon etc. It's been met with a blank stare or less. There is zero sense of community. -When driving though the complex, make sure your head is on a swivel. The neighborhood children are constantly running, cycling and playing in the street. The parents will glare at you if you dare to drive through their child's play area. The children throw rocks around on sidewalks etc so watch your step. Avoid this place.
Situated in prime location, the community is located at a walking distance from Redmond Town Centre and other grocery stores like QFC, Trader Joes. It has good amenities like gym, swimming pool, barbeque area etc.
I absolutely love my new apartment! It’s well maintained and cozy. The view is private and beautiful. I only wish the community was more secure and that there were more covered parking spots.
I like it here everyone is really nice. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is because of people above you have two big dogs that run around at 6 o’clock in the morning.. but I guess that’s another plus they allow dogs. Everybody keeps themselves every but things pretty nice. It’s a nice area.
Spacious apartment with noisy neighbors and unreliable amenities. While it offers ample room and a convenient location, the lack of sound insulation leads to constant neighbor noise. Additionally, advertised amenities like a fitness center often close earlier than posted times and inexplicably shut on weekends. Consider this place only if you prioritize space and location over tranquility and consistent access to amenities.
I have lived at the lovely Peloton Apartments for over ten years now and have no plans to move any time soon. Management has always taken care of maintenance requests quickly, routinely answers the phone, and is available to help if anything comes up. The apartment is spacious with great amenities like washer and dryer, dishwasher and garbage disposal in all units, plus onsight pool and fitness center plus gas grill for residents to use. Covered parking is available as well as extra storage units for an extra charge each month, and plenty of singles, couples and families live here, making a good mixed community.
Staying in Peloton apartment since 3 years now. No complaints. The location is best. But the rent has increased very high now. The new maintenance team is better than previous.
Great community, helpful neighbors, great location.. But I miss a (shaded) bike rack and a nice equipped gym in the premises .. Peloton does a good job maintaining its premises
I like the management in this complex. all issues are resolved quickly. it's very clean here. All infrastructure works. Excellent location of the complex.
I lived here for almost 5 years and it’s been great place to call home. Close to everything. Nice green areas by Sammamish River Trail, well-maintained.
Overall love living here! It's a quite and safe community with nice ammenities and friendly staff! The proximity to the park and biking/walking trail is perfect. You can walk to RTC and groceries in 5 to 10 minutes!
Nice community with beautiful nature view and you can get easy access to groceries, walking, running, and it's good place for Dog lovers.. totally I loved the place
Liked the Location, Apartments are old but well maintained. only problem was carpet was not clean when we moved in. It was stinking. when informed to Management. They said they will not clean it as I informed them on move-in day. They want me to pay for cleaning if I want it clean. That is just upsetting thing.
Love this community, the apartments, and amenities location is gorgeous and I am excited to see more managing facilitated events happening!
So far so good. That is why we recently renewed our lease. Management is quick and responsible. There is a lot of change in the app but it’s always well informed. Timely check of chimney and daily cleanup of apartment area is always there.
This is our first residence in USA and overall experience is very good, I would definitely recommend this to my friends further. My kids also loved this very much
My experience has been great so far. Loved the location and society. Pool and gym can be improved but overall this society is great to live in .
The staff was very helpful. Robert helped in quickly finalizing on the apartment. I was able to move in within a week without any problem. I would recommend Peleton to my friends, its a great community to stay.
Peloton has been my residence for 7 years, management has always been highly responsive, fair and friendly. Complex grounds are always kept clean. The location is super convenient with everything most people need within 10 flat blocks away , creating for some of the best walkability in the area.
Grounds are well kept and clean. The office can be slow to respond sometimes, but they're adding more accessible options to contact them. Good apartments for the price
Friendly and nice community, I wish management let their residents know ahead of time about pool closure. Overall nice place to live. Nice location
My husband and I have lived at Peloton Apartments for 6 months now and absolutely love it. While choosing a place to live we did extensive research and toured 7 apartments around Redmond, Bellevue and Kirkland. Although Peloton is a little pricier than others, it actually feels like a fair price due to what you get. The location is unbeatable. It sits right on Sammamish River trail (a runner’s paradise) and is tucked behind trees and Riverpark apartments so you get all the benefits of living in town but also some peaceful seclusion. In addition, the apartments are renovated, have modern appliances and do not have that old 80s smell that plagues so many others (I’m looking at you The Colony). Riverpark is right next door and fairly equal price wise, so I’d say that’s a personal preference between Peloton being cozy and homey vs Riverpark being extremely modern but more of a hotel set up. Another feature of Peloton that was very important to us is that it is smoke free. I have rarely smelled smoke and the times I do I assume its someone walking on the trail nearby because it passes quickly. We actually just received a reminder about no smoking so it’s great to see that the staff is quick to act if people do have a problem. It seems like the office staff changes frequently but they are always delightful and responsive. Maintenance seems to not change and all of them are fantastic and quick to resolve complaints. It seems like the most common bad review mentions bugs. We do get some bugs in our apartment but I think that’s just part of living next to the river surrounded by vegetation. We leave our windows and screen doors open the majority of the time so it really shouldn’t be surprising that some bugs sneak in. We do not get mosquitoes which is the only bug I really care about. Random additional notes: Walls and floors/ceilings seem thick because we rarely hear neighbors. There’s some construction nearby but it is mostly blocked by Riverpark and ends by 5pm. Other noise is limited to trail goers and children playing on the shared lawns but also remains tolerable. We have thoroughly enjoyed living at Peloton and plan to continue calling it our home for the foreseeable future.
They will charge you extra fees at move out that aren’t in your lease and possibly send collection agencies after you with zero warning. Peloton Apartments (owned by Allied Residential) charged me ridiculous fees on move out that weren’t in my contract. The lease listed fees for damaged items, like cleaning the microwave, that are perfectly reasonable. What they didn’t say in advance was they charge $159 for everyone regardless of how much you clean and what state the apartment is in when you move out. I’ve spoken with many other residents and this is a common practice at Peloton. For others, they also charged carpet cleaning fees ($125) that weren’t in the lease. A friend of mine had a collection agency sent after them for these fees and Peloton didn’t even give them a heads up or a chance to pay them first. To be clear, they confirmed that my apartment was clean and they told me about these fees when I was in the move out process before they even stepped foot in my apartment to inspect it.
I recently moved here. I find it very good. Awesome location.
I've been lived here for almost two years. The location is second to none. Yes. There are some communities closer to Redmond Town Center than Peloton. But none of them have 5 entrances to Sammamish River Trail. If you love cycling or running, this is the place to stay. 5min walk to the bus stop to commute to Seattle and Microsoft campus. 10-15 min walk to QFC and Trader Joe's. The former management staff, Laurie and Chelsea were really, really nice. Chelsea is still with us and the new manager Zack seems a nice guy to me. They helped us to solve a issue recently. However, this is an old community. Do not expect they have new, fancy exterior and interior like other communities. There are many spiders in the summer (not inside the condo but outside in the parking lots, stairs, ...etc). They are good insects. But some people may not like it.
Peloton Apartments has been our home since we relocated from abroad in late 2013. The former manager Laurie and her crew had been warmly taking care of all the residents until this summer's ownership transfer. Both the management and maintenance staff left for other Greystar properties by July 2015 except for Chelsea, the former assistant, who will be staying as the leasing consultant of this community. In a word we like this comfy place and will stay longer to the extent the rent is reasonably affordable. To make this review more helpful, I'm gonna write down some pros and cons. Pros: 1. Location: Everything you need is within 15 minute walking distance: diners, QFC, Trader Joe's, bus stops, Redmond Town Center, Bella Bottega, library, Saturday Farmer's Market, and the list goes on. Sammamish River Trail is literally next door. 2. Management: Chelsea has been working in here for more than a year and she is always responsive and proactive. She even offered to keep our mails while we went on a long vacation. The current manager Zach also seems promising as he has already resolved some tricky issue for us since on-board. This community is always clean and tidy. The friendly maintenance crew fix everything quickly within 24 hours upon request. 3. Space: Unlike other new but compact apartments in Redmond, it has broad driveways and ample free parking spaces. Beautiful maple trees everywhere. Cons: 1. Unfortunately this community is a smoking property. It becomes a problem during warmer days when there is a heavy smoker living or moving in an unit next to or under yours and your home is randomly secondhand smokey. Management are willing to help but their legitimate measures are limited. I would give 5 stars if it transformed to a smoke free residence. 2. Noise: The community itself is distanced from road noises. However the dumpsters pick up trash for the nearby Riverpark Apartments across the fence in the early morning sometimes by 7 am which can be really noisy. Also, to upkeep a nice community means various tools and vehicles that make loud sounds would be working outside your windows on a daily basis. (Note: Neither will be a problem if you get up early and go out for work all day.)
If you are active, but want to feel outside of the city, this is the spot for you. We love how quickly you can get on the freeway (within a minute) and can also walk to the Redmond town center for dinner or a farmers market. It's a well designed complex, giving you a path to walk through and connects to the river park for running, walking or biking. The buildings are older, but decently updated inside.
