Its not all what it seems
Pendana...Pendana...Pendana...The apartments are nice but this complex gets this rating because of the people. First off...if you stay on the first floor you will hear every single footstep of your upstairs neighbor. If your upstairs neighbor door is on your wall people don't know how to just knock normal they have to act like they are in the lunch room and play grindin by the clipse. This complex has the most inconsiderate people in it. Prime example someone will stop behind your car that is parked in the spot then go sit in someone house so you are stuck and when you ask them to move their car they act as if you are bothering them. The pool hasn't been open in 2 years...the gates stay broke. The office is only open 2 days a month. We had security at one point and time but that went away quickly. This is suppose to be a smoke free community but everyone smoke on their balcony. The complex is very nice but the people really bring it down and if management don't get a clue soon it will turn back into the old orange center. If you looking for a temp spot maybe a year this is a option but the day you move in you need to be looking for the next move because the people around here get worse and worse by the month

The apartment is wonderful ,very quiet respectful neighbors .staff are awesome .its a great place to stay with your family . Do not hesitate

Community Living
It has been such a pleasure to live at Pendana I love all of the events that the community offers every month, the n neighbors are friendly and the community staff is by far the very best I have encounter in the time that I have lived in Florida.
