Pros: • Good price for size of apartment • Maintenance staff are friendly • Large master bedroom • Large parking lot with plenty of free parking • Convenient location to 309, turnpike, Fort Washington, bus, train Cons: • Regular Pests- mice and bugs • Lots of noise from other apartments- can hear sneezing, talking, floorboards/walking, children yelling, entrance door slamming shut, vacuuming • Dated bathroom and kitchen • Entrance way door falling apart • Pattern of bad property managers, but current one is good • Children often play in the parking lot, yell and curse • People smoke near the entrance doors
the kids are running in and out of the buildings and destroying property and they dont have locks on the doors to the buildings.
Bed bugs have been an ongoing problem in this development.
